Khắc phục: Không tìm thấy file Outlook.pst

Lỗi "Outlook.pst cannot be found" thường do file PST hỏng hoặc quá lớn. Xuất hiện khi mở Outlook, ngăn cản truy cập ứng dụng.

File PST (Personal Storage Table) lưu trữ bản sao email, sự kiện, v.v. Cần quyền Administrator để thực hiện các giải pháp dưới đây.

• File PST hỏng
• File cài đặt Outlook bị hỏng do thao tác trước đó.

Có thể dùng cho các domain khác ngoài @outlook.com?

Có. Nếu file tên outlook.pst dùng cho mọi domain, còn @outlook.com.pst chỉ dành cho domain Outlook.

Giải pháp 1: Sửa file PST bằng SCANPST.EXE

1. Tùy phiên bản Office, điều hướng tới thư mục cài đặt:
   - 64-bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16
   - 32-bit: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16
2. Chạy SCANPST.EXE.
3. Browse chọn file .ost (xem vị trí dưới), nhấn Start.

Tìm file .ost: File > Info > Account Settings > Data Files > Open File Location.

Giải pháp 2: Tạo file PST mới

1. Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > chọn Outlook > Properties.
2. Data Files > Add > OK.
3. Chọn file mới tạo > Set as Default.
4. Khởi động lại Outlook.

Giải pháp 3: Sửa cài đặt Microsoft Outlook

1. Win+X > Apps and Features.
2. Tìm Office/Outlook > Modify > Quick Repair.

Giải pháp 4: Thêm tài khoản dưới dạng IMAP

IMAP lưu dữ liệu trên server, ít gặp sự cố PST. Cấu hình:

• Incoming: imap-mail.outlook.com, cổng 993, SSL/TLS
• Outgoing: smtp-mail.outlook.com, cổng 587, STARTTLS

Giải pháp 5: Di chuyển dữ liệu PST sang IMAP

1. File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
2. Import from another program or file > Outlook Data File (.pst).
3. Chọn Replace duplicates > Browse file PST backup > Next.
4. Import items into the current folder > Finish.
