Lỗi khi dùng "Send to > Mail recipient" từ File Explorer. Yêu cầu: có email client desktop hỗ trợ MAPI (Outlook, Thunderbird). Mail app mặc định Windows 10 thường gây lỗi.
Mẹo nhanh: Đặt email client làm mặc định
- Win+I > Apps > Default apps > Email > chọn Mail hoặc client khác > Reboot.
Phương pháp 1: Xóa Registry key Outlook hỏng và Repair
- Regedit >
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Clients\Mail\Microsoft Outlook> Delete.
- Win+I > Apps > Default apps > Email > chọn Mail > Reboot.
Phương pháp 2: Tắt cài đặt Cortana truy cập Email/Lịch
- Win+I > Cortana > Permissions & History > Manage the information Cortana can access.
- Tắt "Contacts, email, calendar & communications history".
