Khắc phục: Lỗi Microsoft Outlook "Not Implemented"

Lỗi "Not Implemented" xuất hiện khi nhấn Send/Receive, ngăn chặn gửi/nhận email. Phổ biến trên Outlook 2016/2013/2010.

Nguyên nhân

• File Outlook hỏng do cập nhật Windows hoặc phần mềm khác.
• Windows Update gây ra bug.
• Antivirus xung đột (false positive).
• Cài đặt thuộc tính/tương thích Outlook sai.

Phương pháp 1: Sửa cài đặt Microsoft Outlook

1. Win+R > appwiz.cpl Enter.
2. Chọn Microsoft Office/Outlook > Uninstall/Change > Repair.

Phương pháp 2: Gỡ Windows Update gần đây

Nếu lỗi xuất hiện sau cập nhật Windows:

1. Win+I > Update & Security > View update history > Uninstall updates.
2. Gỡ các bản cập nhật gần ngày lỗi xuất hiện.

Hoặc: Settings > Recovery > Go back to previous version of Windows 10.

Phương pháp 3: Tắt Antivirus

1. Right-click icon antivirus system tray > Shield control > Disable Permanently.
2. Kiểm tra gửi/nhận email. Nếu OK, thêm Outlook vào whitelist hoặc gỡ antivirus.

Phương pháp 4: Thay đổi thuộc tính Outlook.exe

1. Đóng Outlook.
2. Win+E > C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\ (thay Office16 theo phiên bản).
3. Right-click Outlook.exe > Properties > Compatibility.
4. Bỏ tick "Run this program in compatibility mode" và "Run as administrator".
