Các phương pháp khắc phục
1. Khắc phục cơ bản
1A. Khởi động lại máy tính (Win+D → Alt+F4 → Restart).
1B. Force Close Teams hoàn toàn: Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) → tìm Microsoft Teams → End task (kết thúc tất cả tiến trình nền).
1C. Kiểm tra trạng thái Server Teams: Truy cập Downdetector → nếu báo "User reports indicate no current problems" thì server ổn.
2. Chạy Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Additional troubleshooters → Windows Store Apps → Run troubleshooter → Apply fix → Restart.
3. Xóa thông tin đăng nhập (Clear Client Credentials)
- Mở Credential Manager (Win → gõ credential).
- Tab Windows Credentials → mở rộng Office 365/Teams → Remove.
- Đăng nhập lại Teams.
4. Sửa chữa (Repair) ứng dụng Teams
- Settings → Apps → Apps & features → tìm Microsoft Teams.
- Nhấn Repair (dữ liệu app không bị mất).
5. Xóa Cache Teams
- Win+E → đường dẫn: C:\Users\TÊN_USER\AppData\Roaming (bật Hidden items).
- Xóa thư mục Teams (hoặc đổi tên/đi chuyển để backup).
- Khởi động lại máy.
6. Cập nhật Teams
Trong Teams: 3 chấm cạnh ảnh hồ sơ → Check for updates → tự động tải cài → kiểm tra.
7. Sửa tệp hệ thống (SFC/DISM)

8. Quét mã độc
Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Quick scan/Full scan. Xem: Cách quét virus, Xóa mã độc Windows 10.
9. Cập nhật Windows
Settings → Update & Security → Check for updates. Xem: Cách cập nhật Windows 10 mới nhất.
10. Cập nhật/Rollback/Reinstall Driver WLAN

11. Đăng nhập Teams phiên bản Web
Truy cập teams.microsoft.com → Sign in → kiểm tra phiên bản web có ổn định không (giải pháp thay thế tạm thời).
12. Tạm tắt Antivirus/Firewall (Không khuyến khích lâu dài)
Tắt Antivirus: Tắt Antivirus tạm thời. Tắt Firewall: Tắt Windows Firewall hoặc Cho phép Teams qua Firewall. Bật lại ngay sau khi test xong!
13. Reset Teams
- Settings → Apps & features → Microsoft Teams → Reset (dữ liệu app sẽ bị xóa, phải đăng nhập lại).
14. Cài đặt lại Teams (Reinstall)
- Settings → Apps → Microsoft Teams → Uninstall → Restart.
- Tải bản mới nhất tại teams.microsoft.com/downloads → chạy file Teams_windows_x64.exe.
15. Liên hệ Microsoft Support
Nếu tất cả thất bại: truy cập support.microsoft.com → Get Help app hoặc Get support link → mô tả lỗi.
