Khắc phục lỗi Outlook Search bị mờ (grayed out) hoặc không hoạt động

Tìm kiếm Outlook bị mờ, không hoạt động hoặc báo lỗi "Something went wrong..." / "Search results may be incomplete...". Dưới đây là 3 cách sửa.

Cách 1: Qua Outlook Options

  1. Mở Outlook > File > Options > tab Search.
  2. Nhấn Indexing Options > chọn Microsoft Outlook.
  3. Nhấn Modify > tích chọn Microsoft Outlook > OK.

Cách 2: Qua Registry Editor

  1. Win+R > regedit > Enter > Yes.
  2. Điều hướng: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Search
  3. Tạo DWORD (32-bit) mới: PreventIndexingOutlook = 0.
  4. Khởi động lại máy.

Cách 3: Kiểm tra Group Policy

  1. Chạy gpedit.msc.
  2. Đường dẫn: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Search
  3. Tìm Prevent indexing Microsoft Office Outlook > đặt là Not Configured hoặc Disabled.
