Khắc phục lỗi USB Code 52 – Windows không xác minh chữ ký số driver

Sửa lỗi USB Error Code 52 Windows cannot verify the digital signature: Sau khi cập nhật Windows hoặc nâng cấp, cổng USB có thể không nhận thiết bị. Trong Device Manager sẽ thấy lỗi:

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

Mã lỗi 52 chỉ lỗi driver, Device Manager sẽ có dấu chấm than vàng bên cạnh mỗi biểu tượng USB. Nguyên nhân nhiều: driver hỏng, Secure Boot, kiểm tra tính toàn vẹn, bộ lọc USB có vấn đề. Hãy cùng khắc phục.

Tạo restore point trước.

Phương pháp 1: Xóa UpperFilter và LowerFilter trong Registry

Lưu ý: Backup Registry trước.

  1. Windows + R → regedit.
  2. Đến khóa: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}
  3. Chọn khóa đó, bên phải tìm UpperFilters và LowerFilters.
  4. Chuột phải từng cái → Delete.
  5. Reboot.

Phương pháp 2: Chạy System Restore

  1. Windows + R → sysdm.cpl Enter.
  2. Tab System Protection → System Restore.
  3. Next → chọn System Restore point.
  4. Làm theo hướng dẫn. Kiểm tra đã khắc phục lỗi USB Error Code 52 chưa, nếu chưa tiếp phương pháp dưới.

Phương pháp 3: Tắt Secure Boot

  1. Restart máy, nhấn F2 hoặc DEL (tùy máy) vào BIOS/UEFI.
  2. Tìm thiết lập Secure Boot, set thành Enabled (thường ở tab Security, Boot hoặc Authentication).
  3. CẢNH BÁO: Sau khi tắt Secure Boot, có thể khó bật lại mà không restore gốc.
  4. Restart và kiểm tra.

Phương pháp 4: Tắt Driver Signature Enforcement

Dành cho Windows 10: ép lỗi boot 3 lần để vào Recovery Mode, hoặc:

  1. Màn hình đăng nhập → nút Power → giữ Shift + click Restart.
  2. Giữ Shift cho đến khi thấy Advanced Recovery Options menu.
  3. Chọn: Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup settings > Restart.
  4. Máy restart, màn hình xanh hiện danh sách → nhấn số tương ứng Disable driver signature enforcement.
  5. Windows boot, đăng nhập → Windows + R → devmgmt.msc mở Device Manager.
  6. Chuột phải thiết bị báo lỗi (dấu chấm than vàng) → Update Driver.
  7. Chọn Search automatically for updated driver software.
  8. Lặp lại cho mọi thiết bị báo lỗi.
  9. Reboot và kiểm tra.

Phương pháp 5: Gỡ cài đặt thiết bị gây lỗi

  1. Windows + R → devmgmt.msc.
  2. Chuột phải mỗi thiết bị báo lỗi → Uninstall.
  3. Xác nhận Yes/OK.
  4. Reboot.

Phương pháp 6: Xóa file usb*.sys

  1. Take Ownership file C:\Windows\system32\drivers\usbehci.sys và C:\Windows\system32\drivers\usbhub.sys (theo hướng dẫn).
  2. Đổi tên thành usbehciold.sys & usbhubold.sys.
  3. Windows + R → devmgmt.msc.
  4. Mở rộng Universal Serial Bus Controllers, chuột phải Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller → Uninstall.
  5. Reboot – driver mới sẽ tự cài.

Phương pháp 7: Chạy CHKDSK và SFC

  1. Windows + X → Command Prompt (Admin).
  2. Gõ:
    Sfc /scannow
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
  3. Đợi xong, restart.
  4. Chạy CHKDSK tại Fix File System Errors with Check Disk Utility(CHKDSK).
  5. Đợi xong, reboot lại. Kiểm tra, nếu chưa thì làm phương pháp tiếp.

Phương pháp 8: Tắt Integrity Checks

  1. Windows + X → Command Prompt (Admin).
  2. Gõ lần lượt:
    bcdedit -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON
  3. Nếu không được, thử:
    bcdedit /deletevalue loadoptions
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF
  4. Reboot.
