Khắc phục lỗi Windows Update 0x80080005 – Hướng dẫn từng bước

Sửa lỗi Windows Update Error 0x80080005

Tạo restore point trước.

Phương pháp 1: Tạm tắt Antivirus và Firewall

  1. Chuột phải icon Antivirus khay hệ thống → Disable.
  2. Chọn thời gian tắt (khuyên 15-30 phút).
  3. Thử mở Chrome, kiểm tra lỗi còn không.
  4. Tìm “Control Panel” → mở Control Panel.
  5. Chọn System and Security → Windows Firewall.
  6. Bên trái chọn Turn Windows Firewall on or off.
  7. Chọn Turn off Windows Firewall → restart máy.
  8. Thử truy cập web trước đây bị lỗi. Nếu không được, làm ngược lại để bật lại Firewall.

Phương pháp 2: Chạy SFC và CHKDSK

  1. Mở Command Prompt (tìm “cmd” Enter).
  2. Gõ:
    Sfc /scannow
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
  3. Đợi xong, restart.
  4. Chạy CHKDSK sửa lỗi hệ thống file.
  5. Đợi xong, reboot lại.

Phương pháp 3: Chạy DISM

  1. Mở Command Prompt.
  2. Gõ lần lượt:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  3. Đợi DISM xong.
  4. Nếu không được, thử:
    Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows /LimitAccess
    Lưu ý: Thay C:\RepairSource\Windows bằng nguồn sửa chữa (đĩa cài/Recovery Disc).
  5. Reboot và kiểm tra.

Phương pháp 4: Chạy Windows Update Troubleshooter

  1. Tải Windows Update Troubleshooter từ Microsoft.
  2. Double-click chạy.
  3. Làm theo hướng dẫn trên màn hình.
  4. Reboot và kiểm tra.

Phương pháp 5: Reset thủ công các thành phần Windows Update

  1. Mở Command Prompt.
  2. Gõ lần lượt (Enter sau mỗi dòng):
    net stop bits
net stop wuauserv
net stop appidsvc
net stop cryptsvc
  3. Xóa file qmgr*.dat:
    Del “%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat”
  4. Gõ:
    cd /d %windir%\system32
  5. Đăng ký lại file BITS và Windows Update. Gõ từng lệnh sau (Enter sau mỗi lệnh):

  6. Reset Winsock:
    netsh winsock reset
  7. Reset security descriptor cho BITS và Windows Update service:
    sc.exe sdset bits D:(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;SY)(A;;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;BA)(A;;CCLCSWLOCRRC;;;AU)(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;PU)
sc.exe sdset wuauserv D:(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;SY)(A;;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;BA)(A;;CCLCSWLOCRRC;;;AU)(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;PU)
  8. Khởi động lại các service:
    net start bits
net start wuauserv
net start appidsvc
net start cryptsvc
  9. Cài đặt Windows Update Agent mới nhất.
  10. Reboot và kiểm tra.

Phương pháp 6: Đổi tên thư mục SoftwareDistribution

  1. Mở Command Prompt.
  2. Dừng service:
    net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
  3. Đổi tên thư mục:
    ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
  4. Khởi động lại service:
    net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver
  5. Reboot và kiểm tra.

Phương pháp 7: Bật cài đặt "Specify settings for optional component installation and component repair"

  1. Windows + R → gpedit.msc Enter.
  2. Đến: Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates: Policy > System
  3. Chọn System, bên phải tìm “Specify settings for optional component installation and component repair” → double-click.
  4. Chọn Enabled, tích checkbox Contact Windows Update directly..
  5. Apply → OK.

Phương pháp 8: Cấp quyền Full Control cho thư mục System Volume Information

  1. Mở Command Prompt.
  2. Gõ:
    cmd.exe /c takeown /f "C:\System Volume Information\*" /R /D Y && icacls "C:\System Volume Information\*" /grant:R SYSTEM:F /T /C /L
  3. Đợi lệnh chạy xong, thoát CMD.
  4. Reboot.
