Lỗi này ngăn cài Windows 10 updates mới. Nguyên nhân:

• File Windows Update bị thiếu hoặc hỏng
• Windows không verify được Microsoft Software License Terms

Cách khắc phục lỗi 0x80248007

Bước 1: Xóa Windows Update Cache

Xóa cache update rồi thử cài lại.

1. Start → gõ services.msc → Enter
   
2. Tìm Windows Update service
3. Chuột phải → Stop, chờ "Running" biến mất
   
4. Mở File Explorer
5. Đến: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore → xóa tất cả file/thư mục
6. Đến: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download → xóa tất cả
   
7. Restart máy → Chạy Windows Update lại

Vẫn lỗi 0x80248007 → Bước 2.

Bước 2: Khởi động dịch vụ msiserver

Windows Update cần dịch vụ msiserver chạy.

1. Start → cmd → Run as administrator
   
2. UAC → YES
3. Gõ: net start msiserver → Enter
   
4. Sẽ thấy: "The windows installer service is starting" và "The windows installer service was started successfully"
5. Không reboot, thử Windows Update lại

Vẫn lỗi → Bước 3.

Bước 3: Sửa file hỏng (chkdsk)

1. Start → gõ CMD → Run as administrator
2. UAC → Yes
3. Gõ: chkdsk C: /f /r → Enter
   
4. Nếu hỏi schedule at next reboot → gõ Y → Enter
5. Restart máy → Quét tự chạy sửa file hỏng

Bước 4: Kiểm tra dung lượng ổ C trống

Cần ít nhất 10% free space trên ổ C.

1. Start → File Explorer → This PC
2. Kiểm tra ổ C có ≥ 10% free
   
3. Nếu < 10%: chuột phải ổ C → Properties → Disk Cleanup → chọn mục xóa

Bước 5: Windows Update Troubleshooter

1. Desktop → Start → Settings (bánh răng)
   
2. Update & Security
   
3. Menu trái: Troubleshoot → Windows Update → Run the troubleshooter
   
4. Tool quét, khi nhắc → Apply this fix

Cài đặt thủ công Windows Updates bị lỗi

1. Chạy Windows Updates → xem KB number của update lỗi
   
2. Ví dụ: "Definition Update for Windows Defender – KB2267602" failed
3. Lấy KB number (KB2267602 – của bạn có thể khác)
4. Vào Microsoft Update Download Catalogue → tìm KB → tải về → double-click cài
5. Sau khi cài xong → Restart → Chạy Windows Update cài tất cả

KB4023814 Error 0x80248007

Nếu thấy lỗi "2019 08 update for windows 10 version 1803 for x64-based systems kb4023814 error 0x80248007" → tải thủ công KB4023814 cài → reboot → chạy Windows Update.

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits

Tải thủ công KB2267602 cài → reboot → Windows Update.

KB4134659 error 0x80248007

Tải thủ công kb4134659 cài → reboot → Windows Update.

Windows 10 Feature Update 1903

Nếu lỗi "Feature update to windows 10, version 1903 – error 0x80248007" (cũng có trên 1803, 1709) → thử cài Feature Release mới nhất (2004 tại thời điểm viết).
