Outlook desktop liên tục yêu cầu nhập mật khẩu dù đã đăng nhập đúng. Nguyên nhân: cập nhật Windows reset cài đặt, cấu hình Outlook sai, Credential Manager bị lỗi.
Nguyên nhân
- Cài đặt Outlook bị sai.
- Windows Update/Upgrade reset tùy chọn.
Kiểm tra nhanh: Xóa mật khẩu Windows/để trống, xóa Internet Options, đăng xuất/đăng nhập lại Office apps, tắt IPv6, đảm bảo tài khoản Windows là Administrator.
Giải pháp 1: Xóa mật khẩu đã lưu trong Credential Manager
- Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage your credentials.
- Xóa credentials Lync, Outlook, Microsoft ở cả Windows Credentials và Generic Credentials.
- Khởi động lại máy.
Giải pháp 2: Bật tùy chọn "Remember Password"
- File > Account Settings > chọn tài khoản.
- Tick "Remember Password" ở cuối cửa sổ.
Giải pháp 3: Bỏ tick "Always prompt for logon credentials"
- File > Account Settings > Change > More Settings > Security.
- Bỏ tick "Always prompt for logon credentials".
Giải pháp 4: Tạo Profile mới
- Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add.
- Đặt tên, nhập email, Next > Finish.
- Chọn "Always use this profile" > OK.
Giải pháp 5: Cập nhật Outlook
- File > About Outlook > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now.
Giải pháp 6: Dùng Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA)
- Tải SaRA từ trang Microsoft, chọn Advanced Diagnostics-Outlook.
- Chạy as Admin, làm theo hướng dẫn, reboot.
Giải pháp 7: Tắt UEFI Secure Boot (cẩn trọng)
Có thể Secure Boot cản trở Credential Manager. Vào BIOS > Secure Boot > Disabled. Cảnh báo: Có riegos bảo mật.
Giải pháp 8: Chỉnh sửa Registry (dành cho người am hiểu)
Cảnh báo: Sai sót có thể hỏng hệ thống. Backup Registry trước.

Giải pháp 9: Tạo Task Schedule restart Credential Manager
- Services.msc > Credential Manager > Automatic.
- Tạo file .cmd:
NET STOP "Credential Manager" & timeout 10 & NET START "Credential Manager" & timeout 3 - Task Scheduler > Create Task > Run with highest privileges > Daily, repeat 1 hour indefinitely > Action: chạy file .cmd.
Nếu vẫn lỗi: Export/Import credentials từ Credential Manager sau reboot, chạy SFC/DISM, cuối cùng cài lại Windows.
