Khắc phục lỗi Windows Store 0x80240024 - Không tải được ứng dụng

Phương pháp 1: Chạy Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

Win+I → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Additional troubleshooters
Windows Store Apps → Run the troubleshooter
Apply fix nếu có → Restart

Phương pháp 2: Đăng xuất và đăng nhập lại Store

Mở Microsoft Store → Click avatar góc trên phải
Sign out
Restart máy
Mở Store → Sign in lại

Phương pháp 3: Xóa Cache Store (wsreset.exe)

Cách nhanh nhất, không mất dữ liệu:

Win+R → gõ wsreset.exe → Enter
Cửa sổ CMD đen hiện ra → Đợi tự đóng (30-60s)
Store tự mở lại → Cache đã xóa

Phương pháp 4: Dừng các download đang chạy

Store → Library (bên trái) → Click Stop tất cả download đang chờ
Thử tải app cần thiết đơn lẻ

Phương pháp 5: Tắt Sideload Apps

Win+I → Update & Security → For developers (bên trái)
Tắt toggle Install apps from any source, including loose files
Restart Store test lại

Phương pháp 6: Sửa Region Settings

Win+I → Time & Language → Region
Country/Region: Chọn Vietnam (hoặc US/Japan nếu app chỉ có region đó)
Regional format: Vietnamese (Vietnam)
Restart Store

Phương pháp 7: Chạy BITS Troubleshooter

Background Intelligent Transfer Service quản lý download nền:

Control Panel → View by: Large icons → Troubleshooting
View all (bên trái) → Background Intelligent Transfer Service
Advanced → Apply repairs automatically → Next
Chọn Other/I don't know → Next → Close

Phương pháp 8: Sửa file hệ thống (SFC + DISM)

Cmd Admin: sfc /scannow
Nếu lỗi: Chạy DISM 3 lệnh (CheckHealth → ScanHealth → RestoreHealth)
Restart → Chạy lại SFC

Home edition không có gpedit.msc

Win+R → gpedit.msc
Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → Windows Components → Windows Update
Tìm Defer upgrades and updates → Double-click → Disabled → Apply → OK

Phương pháp 11: Reset Microsoft Store

Win+I → Apps → Apps & features
Tìm Microsoft Store → Advanced options
Scroll xuống → Reset → Confirm
Đợi hoàn tất → Restart

Phương pháp 12: Reinstall Microsoft Store qua PowerShell (Nuclear option)

Chỉ khi 11 phương pháp trên thất bại

Win+X → Windows PowerShell (Admin)
Chạy: Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers Microsoft.WindowsStore
Copy PackageFullName (ví dụ: Microsoft.WindowsStore_22202.1402.2.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe)
Chạy: Remove-AppxPackage -Package "PackageFullName_vừa_copy"
Restart máy

PowerShell Admin lại → Chạy:

Add-AppxPackage -Register "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsStore_*\AppxManifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode
