Khắc phục lỗi Windows Store 0x80073cf9 khi cài ứng dụng

Lỗi 0x80073cf9 ("Something happened, this app couldn't be installed") ngăn cài ứng dụng từ Microsoft Store. Nguyên nhân đa dạng: thiếu thư mục hệ thống, Store hỏng, quyền thư mục AppRepository, cache Store, v.v.

Cách 1: Tạo thư mục AppReadiness (thiếu thường gặp)

  1. Win + R → C:\Windows\ → Enter.
  2. Nếu chưa có thư mục AppReadiness → chuột phải khoảng trống → New → Folder → đặt tên AppReadiness.
  3. Khởi động lại → thử Store.

Cách 2: Cài đặt lại (Re-register) Windows Store qua PowerShell

  1. Mở Command Prompt (Admin) hoặc PowerShell (Admin).
  2. Chạy lệnh:
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  1. Khởi động lại.

Cách 3: Tạo thư mục AUInstallAgent

  1. Win + R → C:\Windows\.
  2. Tạo thư mục AAUInstallAgent (chính xác: AUInstallAgent) → Khởi động lại.

Cách 4: Cấp Full Control cho SYSTEM và ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES trên AppRepository\Packages

  1. Truy cập C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\AppRepository\ (cần Take Ownership trước).
  2. Chuột phải thư mục Packages → Properties → Security → Advanced → Add → Select a principal.
  3. Nhập ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES → OK → tích Full Control → OK.
  4. Làm tương tự cho tài khoản SYSTEM → Khởi động lại.

Cách 5: Đổi tên thư mục SoftwareDistribution

  1. CMD Admin → gõ lần lượt:
net stop wuauserv
ren c:\windows\SoftwareDistribution softwaredistribution.old
net start wuauserv
exit
  1. Khởi động lại → thử cập nhật/Store lại.

Cách 6: Chạy DISM + SFC

  1. CMD Admin (cần Windows Installation Media):
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:\RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess
sfc /scannow
  1. Khởi động lại.

Cách 7: Chạy CCleaner và Malwarebytes

  1. Cài CCleaner, Malwarebytes → quét virus.
  2. CCleaner: Custom Clean → Windows tab → Analyze → Run Cleaner.
  3. Registry tab → Scan for Issues → Fix Selected Issues → Backup → Fix All Selected Issues.
  4. Khởi động lại.

Cách 8: Xóa cache Windows Store (Wsreset.exe)

  1. Win + R → Wsreset.exe → Enter → đợi hoàn tất → Khởi động lại.

Cách 9: Chạy Troubleshooter Windows Update & Windows Store Apps

  1. Tìm "troubleshooter" → Troubleshoot → View all.
  2. Chạy Windows Update → làm theo hướng dẫn.
  3. Chạy Windows Store Apps → làm theo hướng dẫn.
  4. Khởi động lại.
