Phương pháp 1: Chạy Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
- Tải từ: Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter.
- Chạy file → Advanced → tích Apply repairs automatically → Next → đợi sửa xong.
Phương pháp 2: Đăng Ký Lại Store Bằng PowerShell (Hiệu Quả Cao)
- Mở PowerShell (Admin): Win + X → Terminal (Admin) → chuyển tab PowerShell.
- Chạy lệnh:
PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}" - Đợi xong → Reboot.
Phương pháp 3: Kiểm Tra Dịch Vụ Windows Update & BITS
- Win + R →
services.msc. - Tìm Windows Update và Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS).
- Mỗi dịch vụ: double-click → Startup type: Manual (hoặc Automatic) → nếu Stopped → Start → Apply → OK.
- Win + I → Update & Security → Check for updates → cài hết → Reboot.
Phương pháp 4: Xóa Nội Dung Thư Mục SoftwareDistribution
- CMD (Admin) → dừng dịch vụ:
net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
net stop cryptSvc
net stop msiserver - Mở
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution→ xóa tất cả file/thư mục bên trong (không xóa thư mục cha). - Khởi động lại dịch vụ:
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver - Reboot → thử cập nhật/cài app Store.
Phương pháp 2 (PowerShell re-register) là mạnh nhất. Nên kết hợp với Phương pháp 3 (đảm bảo dịch vụ chạy).
