Khắc Phục Lỗi 'Không Có Kết Nối Internet' Trên Chrome Do Proxy Sai

8 Cách Sửa Lỗi Proxy Trên Chrome / Windows 10

Cách 1: Khôi Phục Cài Đặt Proxy Tự Động (Qua Internet Options)

  1. Win + S → Control Panel → Network and Sharing Center.
  2. Góc dưới trái: Internet Options.
  3. Tab Connections → LAN settings.
  4. Tích Automatically detect settings → Bỏ tích tất cả ô còn lại (Use proxy server, Use automatic configuration script...).
  5. OK → OK → Restart máy → test Chrome.

Nếu sau restart cài đặt proxy tự đổi lại → có phần mềm thứ 3 can thiệp → vào Safe Mode gỡ phần mềm nghi ngờ → thiết lập lại proxy.

Cách 2: Tắt Proxy Qua Registry Editor

Dùng khi Cách 1 không được (grayscale/bị khóa).

  1. Win + R → regedit → Enter.
  2. Đường dẫn: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings.
  3. Bên phải: chuột phải ProxyEnable (DWORD) → Delete.
  4. Cũng xóa: ProxyServer, MigrateProxy, ProxyOverride (nếu có).
  5. Restart máy.

Cách 3: Tắt VPN / Antivirus / Firewall

  • VPN: System tray → icon VPN → Disconnect/Turn off. Extension VPN trên Chrome → Remove.
  • Antivirus: System tray → Disable 15-30 phút. Hoặc vào Settings tắt Firewall/Web Protection.
  • Windows Defender luôn hoạt động nền → an toàn khi tắt AV bên thứ 3.

Cách 4: Reset Chrome Về Mặc Định

Chỉ dùng khi lỗi chỉ xảy ra trên Chrome (Firefox/Edge bình thường).

  1. Chrome → 3 chấm góc trên phải → Settings.
  2. Trái: Advanced → Reset and clean up → Restore settings to their original defaults.
  3. Reset settings → xóa cookie, cache, extension, cài đặt proxy Chrome.

Cách 5: Cài Đặt Lại Chrome

  1. Settings → Apps → Apps & features → tìm Google Chrome → Uninstall → Uninstall.
  2. Vào google.com/chrome → Download Chrome → chạy file cài.

Cách 6: System Restore (Khôi Phục Hệ Thống)

Nếu có Restore Point trước khi lỗi xuất hiện.

  1. Control Panel → View by: Small icons → Recovery → Open System Restore.
  2. Next → chọn Restore Point trước khi lỗi → Next → Finish → Yes.

Cách 7: Reset Cấu Hình Mạng (Network Reset) - Rất Hiệu Quả

  1. Mở Command Prompt (Admin).
  2. Gõ lần lượt:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
  1. Mở lại CMD Admin → gõ:
ipconfig /flushdns
nbtstat -R
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
  1. Restart máy. Flush DNS thường khắc phục ngay lỗi proxy/DNS.

Cách 8: Reset Windows 10 (Giai Đoạn Cuối)

Giữ file cá nhân, xóa app/cài đặt.

  1. Settings → Update & Security → Recovery → Get started (Reset this PC).
  2. Chọn Keep my files.
  3. Chọn Local reinstall (nhanh) hoặc Cloud download (mới nhất).
  4. Chỉ format ổ Windows → Reset → làm theo hướng dẫn.
