1. Start → CMD
2. Run as administrator
3. Gõ: ren %systemroot%\System32\Spupdsvc.exe Spupdsvc.old → Enter
4. Thông báo completed successfully
5. Restart máy → Thử Windows Update lại
6. Vẫn lỗi → Fix 3

Fix 3: Xóa Windows Update Cache

Update được cache trước khi cài. Cache lỗi → gây 0x8024000b.

1. Start → gõ services.msc → Services app
2. Tìm Windows Update service
3. Chuột phải → Stop, chờ "Running" biến mất
4. File Explorer → C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore → xóa tất cả
5. Restart máy → Thử Windows Update lại

Fix 4: Cài đặt Update thủ công

4. Có KB number → Microsoft Update Catalogue
5. Tìm KB number → Download → Chạy file cài
6. Cài thành công → Restart → Windows Update lại

Fix 5: Nâng cấp Feature Update mới nhất

1. Desktop → Start → Settings (bánh răng)
2. Update & Security
3. Giữa màn hình: "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903" → Download and install now
4. Tải ~5 phút, cài đặt → Pending Restart → Restart now
