Khắc phục: VirtualBox không hiển thị Windows 10 (64-bit) trong danh sách Guest OS

VirtualBox không liệt kê hệ điều hành khách 64-bit dù máy đáp ứng yêu cầu. Liên quan đến Hyper-V, Hypervisor, bảo mật phần cứng, CPU virtualization.

Nguyên nhân

  • Hyper-V (Microsoft): Xung đột với VirtualBox. Phải tắt.
  • System Debuggers / VM Platforms khác: Tranh chấp tài nguyên.
  • Device Guard / Credential Guard: Tính năng bảo mật (thường Dell cài sẵn). Phải tắt.
  • Core Isolation: Tách bộ nhớ bảo mật, gây xung đột. Phải tắt.
  • CPU hỗ trợ ảo hóa (Virtualization) chưa bật trong BIOS.

Yêu cầu: Admin, file ISO guest OS hợp lệ.

Điều kiện tiên quyết: Kiểm tra CPU x64

Phải có CPU 64-bit mới chạy guest 64-bit.

  1. Chuột phải This PC** → Properties**.

Giải pháp 1: Bật Intel Virtualization Technology trong BIOS

  1. Restart → nhấn Del hoặc F2 vào BIOS (xem logo khởi động).
  2. Tìm Intel Virtualization Technology** (thường ở Advanced**). Ví dụ ASUS: Advanced > CPU Configuration > Intel Virtualization Technology.

Giải pháp 2: Tắt Hyper-V

Kiểm tra hỗ trợ Hyper-V:

  1. CMD Admin → systeminfo.exe → tìm Hyper-V Requirements**.

  1. Nếu Yes** → tắt: Win + R → OptionalFeatures.exe → bỏ tích Hyper-V** (kèm sub-options) → restart.

Device Guard: Bảo mật phần cứng/mã, mặc định bật trên Dell.

  1. Win + R → gpedit.msc → Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Device Guard.

  1. Double-click Turn on Virtualization Based Security** → Disabled** → Save → restart.

Credential Guard (chỉ Win 10 Enterprise):

  1. Làm xong Device Guard → Win + R → regedit → xóa 3 khóa:

  1. CMD Admin → chạy chuỗi lệnh bcdedit để xóa biến EFI Credential Guard:

  1. Restart → khi hỏi Disable Windows Defender Credential Guard** → chấp nhận → restart lại → test VirtualBox.

Giải pháp 4: Tắt Core Isolation

  1. Tải file .reg Disable Credential Guard** tại đây → double-click chạy (UAC Yes).

  1. Muốn bật lại: tải file Enable Credential Guard** tại đây → chạy.
  2. Restart → test.

  1. Win + R → appwiz.cpl → tìm VM platforms/Debuggers khác → Uninstall.
