Lỗi này xuất hiện khi cố gắng ipconfig /release hoặc /renew sau khi đặt Static IP thủ công. Biểu tượng mạng hiện X đỏ, không kết nối được dù điện thoại dùng Wi-Fi bình thường.
Nguyên nhân
- Đặt Static IP thủ công: Gây xung đột trạng thái adapter.
- Antivirus bên thứ 3 (như ZoneAlarm): Chặn thao tác mạng.
Giải pháp 1: Chạy Internet Connections Troubleshooter
- Win + I → Update & Security > Troubleshoot**.
- Chọn Internet Connections** → Run the troubleshooter**.
Giải pháp 2: Network Reset
Reset cấu hình mạng bao gồm IP.
- Win + I → Network & Internet > Status** → kéo xuống Network Reset**.
- Reset now**.
Giải pháp 3: Cài lại driver card mạng
- Device Manager** → Network adapters** → chuột phải driver → Properties → tab Driver → Uninstall Device**.
- Restart → Windows tự cài lại driver.
Giải pháp 4: Reset Winsock và TCP/IP (CMD Admin)
- Win + X → Command Prompt (Admin)**.
- Chạy:
Netsh winsock reset catalog→Netsh int ip reset.
- Nếu báo Access Denied** → tắt antivirus → chạy lại.
- Restart → test.
Giải pháp 5: Gỡ Antivirus bên thứ 3
ZoneAlarm thường gây lỗi này. Gỡ antivirus bất kỳ → restart → test.
