Lỗi RDP An internal error has occurred do cài đặt RDP, Group Policy security, hoặc domain. Client freeze rồi báo lỗi.
Nguyên nhân
- Cài đặt Remote Desktop Connection.
- Bảo mật RDP (Security Layer).
- Domain máy tính.
Giải pháp 1: Thay đổi cài đặt RDP Client
- Mở Remote Desktop Connection** → Show Options**.
- Tab Experience** → tích Reconnect if the connection is dropped**.
Giải pháp 2: Rời domain và join lại
- Win + I → Accounts** → Access work or school**.
- Chọn domain → Disconnect** → Yes → restart.
- Join lại domain nếu cần → test RDP.
Giải pháp 3: Thay đổi giá trị MTU (TCP Optimizer)
- Tải TCP Optimizer** tại đây → chạy Admin.
- Chọn Custom** → MTU = 1458** → Apply Changes → Exit.
Giải pháp 4: Đổi Security Layer RDP trong Group Policy
- Win + R →
gpedit.msc→Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Security - Tìm Require use of specific security layer for remote (RDP) connections** → Enabled → Security Layer: RDP**.
- Apply/OK → restart.
Giải pháp 5: Tắt Network Level Authentication (NLA)
- Chuột phải This PC** → Properties** → Remote Settings**.
- Bỏ tích Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication**.
Giải pháp 6: Khởi động lại Remote Desktop Service
- Win + R →
services.msc→ Remote Desktop Service** → Stop → đợi 5s → Start.
Giải pháp 7: Tắt VPN/Proxy (Safe Mode + inetcpl.cpl)
- Win + R →
msconfig→ Boot → tích Safe Boot** → OK → restart.
- Safe Mode: Win + R →
inetcpl.cpl→ tab Connections** → bỏ tích Use a proxy server for your LAN**.
- Mở msconfig → bỏ Safe Boot → restart bình thường → test RDP.
Giải pháp 8: Cấu hình Local Security Policy (FIPS)
- Win + R →
secpol.msc→ Local Policies > Security Options**.
- Tìm System cryptography: Use FIPS 140 compliant cryptographic algorithms...** → Enabled → Apply/OK.
Giải pháp 9: Cho phép kết nối từ xa (Control Panel)
- Win + R →
control→ System and Security > System > Advanced System Settings**.
- Tab Remote** → tích Allow Remote Assistance Connections** và Allow Remote Connections**.
Giải pháp 10: Đặt Remote Desktop Services khởi động Automatic
services.msc→ Remote Desktop Services** → Stop → Startup Type: Automatic**.
Giải pháp 11: Bật Persistent Bitmap Caching
- Mở Remote Desktop Connection** → Show Options → tab Experience** → tích Persistent Bitmap Caching**.
Giải pháp 12: Tắt Static IP (đặt DHCP)
- Win + R →
ncpa.cpl→ chuột phải adapter → Properties → IPv4 → Obtain IP address automatically**.
Giải pháp 13: Cấu hình lại SonicWall VPN
Nếu dùng SonicWall: VPN → Settings → WAN → Configure → Client tab → Virtual Adapter Settings → DHCP Lease**. Nếu vẫn lỡ → xóa DHCP lease cũ tại VPN → DHCP over VPN → restart kết nối.
Giải pháp 14: Chẩn đoán kết nối bằng CMD (Ping + Telnet port 3389)
- Trên máy đích: Win + R →
cmd→ipconfig→ ghi IP Default Gateway**.
- Trên máy nguồn:
ping <IP>→ thành công = có kết nối. telnet <IP> 3389→ màn hình đen = port 3389 mở. Không đen = port bị chặn.
Giải pháp 15: Mở port 3389 trên Windows Firewall (Inbound + Outbound)
- Win + I → Update & Security > Windows Security > Firewall & Network Protection > Advanced Settings**.
- Inbound Rules** → New Rule → Port → TCP → Specific Local Ports: 3389** → Allow Connection → All profiles → Name rule → Finish.
- Lặp lại cho Outbound Rules**.
Giải pháp 16: Tắt UDP trên Client (Registry / Group Policy / PowerShell)
Registry: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services\Client → DWORD fClientDisableUDP = 1.
Group Policy: gpedit.msc → Computer Config → Admin Templates → Windows Components → Remote Desktop Services → Remote Desktop Connection Client → Turn off UDP on Client** → Enabled.
PowerShell (Admin): New-ItemProperty 'HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client' -Name UseURCP -PropertyType DWord -Value 0
Giải pháp cuối: Quay lại phiên bản Windows trước (nếu lỗi sau update 1809)
Nhiều người báo lỗi sau cập nhật Windows 1809. Khuyên: rollback về bản cũ hoặc chờ bản ổn định hơn.
