Cách sửa lỗi 'Unhandled Exception has Occurred in your Application' trên Windows

Lỗi "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in *application_name*" thường xảy ra khi chạy ứng dụng build bằng Visual Studio (Uplay, IE, game cũ).

Nguyên nhân lỗi Unhandled Exception

  • Antivirus gây ra (Panda Antivirus...) – Thay thế antivirus.
  • Chương trình/malware chạy ngầm – Clean boot để xác định.
  • .NET Framework hỏng – Sửa cài đặt, cài bản mới, hoặc chạy SFC.
  • Script Debugging bật qua Registry – Tắt Script Debugging qua Registry.
  • Vi phạm truy cập Msvcr92.dll – Cài mọi cập nhật Windows.
  • Lỗi registry Ubisoft Launcher – Xóa khóa registry Uplay.
  • Hỏng file hệ thống – DISM/SFC, nặng thì cài lại Windows.

Giải pháp 1: Cài tất cả cập nhật Windows

Hotfix cho lỗi Msvcr92.dll (Visual Studio 2008) được đẩy qua Windows Update.

  1. Win + R, gõ ms-settings:windowsupdate > Enter (Win 7/8.1 dùng wuapp).
  2. Click Kiểm tra cập nhật, cài TẤT CẢ bản cập nhật (kể cả tùy chọn).
  3. Khởi động lại nếu yêu cầu, quay lại cài tiếp.
  4. Cài xong tất cả, khởi động lại lần cuối, test.

Giải pháp 2: Thay đổi Antivirus

  1. Control Panel > Gỡ chương trình > Gỡ antivirus hiện tại.
  2. Khởi động lại, cài antivirus tốt hơn.

Giải pháp 3: Xóa khóa Registry Uplay (nếu lỗi Uplay)

  1. Win + R, gõ regedit > Enter (UAC: Yes).
  2. Đi tới: 
    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Ubisoft
  3. Chuột phải Launcher > Xóa (Delete). Launcher sẽ tự tạo mới.
  4. Khởi động lại, test Uplay.

Giải pháp 4: Reset Internet Explorer (nếu lỗi iexplore.exe)

  1. Tắt IE/Edge hoàn toàn.
  2. Win + R, gõ inetcpl.cpl > Enter.
  3. Tab Nâng cao (Advanced) > Reset cài đặt Internet Explorer > Reset.
  4. Tích Xóa cài đặt cá nhân > Reset.
  5. Khởi động lại, test.

Giải pháp 5: Tắt Script Debugging và xóa khóa Registry liên quan (IE + VS)

  1. Win + R, inetcpl.cpl > Tab Advanced > Tích Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) > Apply.
  2. Win + R, regedit > Xóa khóa Debugger tại:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AeDebug (32-bit)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AeDebug (64-bit)
  3. Xóa khóa DbgManagedDebugger tại:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework (32-bit)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\.NETFramework (64-bit)
  4. Khởi động lại, test.

Giải pháp 6: Cài/Sửa .NET Framework mới nhất

  1. Tải .NET Framework mới nhất từ Microsoft, cài đặt.
  2. Control Panel > Bật/Tắt tính năng Windows > Bật .NET Framework 4.x.x.
  3. Nếu đã bật: Bỏ tích > Khởi động > Bật lại > Khởi động (sửa chữa).

Giải pháp 7: Clean Boot

  1. Win + R, msconfig > Tab Boot > Bỏ tích Safe Boot.
  2. Tab General > Khởi động chọn lọc (Selective startup) > Bỏ tích Nạp mục khởi động.
  3. Tab Services > Tích Ẩn dịch vụ Microsoft > Vô hiệu hóa tất cả.
  4. Tab Startup > Mở Task Manager > Vô hiệu hóa tất cả mục khởi động.
  5. Khởi động, bật từng mục/service một để tìm nguyên nhân.

Giải pháp 8: SFC quét file hệ thống

  1. Mở CMD Admin.
  2. Gõ: 
    sfc /scannow
  3. Đợi "Operation completed successfully", khởi động lại, test.

Giải pháp 9: Cài đặt lại Windows (Repair Install hoặc Clean Install)

  • Repair Install (In-place): Giữ dữ liệu, cần media cài đặt.
  • Clean Install: Đơn giản qua GUI Windows, MẤT TOÀN BỘ DỮ LIỆU nếu không backup.
