Lỗi khi bật BitLocker mã hóa ổ: This device cannot use a Trusted Platform Module. Do mainboard không có chip TPM hoặc Group Policy chặn.

Nguyên nhân

  • Không có chip TPM: Kiểm tra spec mainboard.
  • Group Policy: Cần cho phép BitLocker không cần TPM.

Giải pháp 1: Cho phép BitLocker không cần TPM (gpedit.msc)

  1. Win + R → gpedit.msc → Enter.
  2. Đường dẫn: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > BitLocker Drive Encryption > Operating System Drives
  3. Tìm Require additional authentication at startup** → double-click → Enabled**.
  4. Tích Allow Bitlocker without a compatible TPM** → Apply/OK.

  1. Khởi động lại → test BitLocker.

Giải pháp 2: Thoát và tham gia lại Domain (nếu có)

  1. Win + I → Accounts** → Access work and school**.
