Khắc phục: "Windows Could not Connect to the ProfSvc Service" khi đăng nhập

Lỗi Windows Could not Connect to the ProfSvc Service tại màn hình đăng nhập: Windows không kết nối được Profile Service (dịch vụ hồ sơ người dùng). Do hồ sơ hỏng hoặc thiếu tệp hệ thống.

Nguyên nhân

• Tệp hệ thống hỏng/thiếu: Ngăn hồ sơ tải.
• Hồ sơ người dùng hỏng: Phổ biến trên Windows.

Giải pháp 1: Kích hoạt Built-in Administrator

Mỗi Windows có Admin ẩn. Bật để tạo hồ sơ mới, chuyển dữ liệu.

1. Boot từ USB/DVD Windows → Repair your computer** (hoặc Safe Mode with Command Prompt).

2. Chọn Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt**.

3. Chạy: net user administrator /active:yes

4. Khởi động lại → đăng nhập Admin mới → tạo user mới → copy dữ liệu từ hồ sơ cũ (Explorer) → xóa hồ sơ hỏng.

Giải pháp 2: System Restore

1. Boot từ media cài Windows → Repair your computer**.
2. Troubleshoot > System Restore**.

3. Chọn restore point lúc hệ thống vẫn tốt → Save.

Giải pháp 3: Cài mới Windows (Clean Install)

Nếu 2 cách trên thất bại → cài mới. Tạo USB boot bằng Rufus hoặc Media Creation Tool. Xem hướng dẫn cài Windows 10.
