Lỗi VPN này (trước đây mã 868 trên Win 7) do: server VPN, kết nối mạng máy tính (DNS cache), hoặc antivirus bên thứ 3.

Nguyên nhân

  • Server VPN: Sự cố phía server.
  • Kết nối hệ thống: DNS cache, cấu hình mạng.

Giải pháp 1: Flush DNS và Reset Winsock (CMD Admin)

  1. Win + X → Command Prompt (Admin)**.
  2. Chạy lần lượt:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Giải pháp 2: Tắt Antivirus bên thứ 3

Tắt antivirus → thử kết nối VPN.

Giải pháp 3: Tắt Windows Defender Firewall

  1. Control Panel** → Windows Defender Firewall** (Large icons).
  2. Trái: Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off**.
  3. Chọn Turn off** cho cả 2 mạng (Private/Public) → OK.
