Quick Access là gì & Lỗi thường gặp
Quick Access (Truy cập nhanh) trong File Explorer hiển thị thư mục thường dùng & file gần đây. Lỗi phổ biến: Không mở được, Treo/Not responding, Mất từ thanh điều hướng, File/thư mục không ghim được, Lịch sử không cập nhật. Nguyên nhân: **Cache thư mục `AutomaticDestinations` & `CustomDestinations` bị hỏng**, cài đặt File Explorer sai, lịch sử bị lỗi.
3 Giải pháp chuẩn
Cách 1: Xóa Cache Quick Access (Hiệu quả 90%)
- Mở **File Explorer** (Win+E).
- Copy từng đường dẫn sau vào **Thanh địa chỉ (Address bar)** -> Enter:
%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations
%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\CustomDestinations - Trong mỗi thư mục: **Ctrl+A** (Chọn tất) -> **Delete** (Xóa tất cả file `.customDestinations-ms` & `.automaticDestinations-ms`).
- Restart máy -> Mở File Explorer kiểm tra Quick Access.
Cách 2: Tắt Quick Access -> Bật lại & Xóa lịch sử File Explorer
- File Explorer -> Tab **View** -> **Options** (góc phải) -> **Change folder and search options**.
- Tab **General**: Mục **Open File Explorer to:** chọn **This PC** (thay vì Quick access) -> **Apply**. (Đã tắt Quick Access).
- Tab **General** -> Mục **Privacy**: Bỏ tick **Show recently used files in Quick access** & **Show frequently used folders in Quick access** -> Nhấn nút **Clear** (Xóa lịch sử) -> **Apply** -> **OK**.
- Vào lại **Options** -> Tab **General** -> **Open File Explorer to:** chọn **Quick access** -> **Apply** -> **OK**. (Đã bật lại Quick Access sạch).
Cách 3: Thêm thư mục vào Quick Access (Sau khi đã sửa xong)
Chuột phải thư mục bất kỳ -> Chọn **Pin to Quick access** (Ghim vào Truy cập nhanh). Thư mục sẽ xuất hiện ở khung bên trái File Explorer.
Mẹo thêm: Nếu File Explorer cũng hay "Not responding", hãy chạy **SFC /scannow** & **DISM /RestoreHealth** (CMD Admin) để sửa file hệ thống Explorerframe.dll, shell32.dll...
