Khắc phục: Gmail lỗi #007 - "Oops... a server error occurred"

Lỗi Gmail #007 khi gửi email, thường trên Firefox, không gặp trên Chrome. Do antivirus quét chữ ký email gây xung đột.

Phương pháp 1: Tắt quét chữ ký email trong Antivirus

Avast, AVG, McAfee thường gây lỗi này. Tắt "Scan Email Signature":

• AVG: Settings > General > bỏ tick Email Signature > Save.
• Avast: Settings > General > bỏ tick Enable Avast email signature > Save.

Khởi động lại trình duyệt. Hoặc tạm tắt antivirus khi gửi mail (không khuyến khích). Dùng Windows Defender thay thế.

Phương pháp 2: Dùng trình duyệt khác

Chuyển sang Chrome/Opera để gửi mail tránh xung đột antivirus-Firefox.

Phương pháp 3: Tắt Avast Mail Shield

1. Avast > Settings > Components.
2. Tắt Mail Shield > Stop Permanently.

Phương pháp 4: Xóa lịch sử duyệt web (Cache, Cookies)

Chrome:

1. Menu > Settings > Advanced > Clear browsing data > All time > Cookies, Cached images > Clear data.

Firefox:

1. Menu > History > Clear History > All time > Select all > Clear Now.

Edge:

1. 3 gạch ngang > History > Clear History > Check all > Clear.

Thử ẩn danh (Incognito) hoặc đổi tài khoản Gmail khác. Báo Google nếu vẫn lỗi.
