Lỗi #76997 khi gửi email Gmail trên trình duyệt. Thường xảy ra với tài khoản mới chưa đăng ký xong hoặc gửi một email cho nhiều người cùng lúc.
Giải pháp 1: Xóa dữ liệu duyệt web (Cache, Cookies)
Mozilla Firefox:
- Menu > History > Clear Recent History.
- Time range: Everything > Details: Cookies, Cache > Clear Now.
- Restart browser.
Google Chrome:
- Three dots > More tools > Clear browsing data > All time > Cookies, Cached images > Clear data.
- Settings > Advanced > Content settings > Cookies > See all cookies > xóa hết > Restart.
Giải pháp 2: Đăng xuất và đăng nhập lại Gmail
- Gmail > ảnh đại diện > Sign out > đóng trình duyệt.
- Mở lại, đăng nhập, thử gửi mail.
Giải pháp 3: Gỡ Google Earth
Bug Google Earth gây lỗi Gmail. Gỡ Google Earth (Control Panel/Apps) > reboot > test. Có thể cài lại bản mới sau.
Giải pháp 4: Thêm ngoại lệ cho Google trong AVG
AVG Web Shield chặn traffic Google. Thêm exception:
- AVG > Menu > Settings > Components > Web Shield > Customize > Exceptions.
- Thêm:
google.com/*và*.google.com
