Khắc phục: Lỗi Send/Receive 0x80072f89 trên Windows Mail

Lỗi 0x80072f89 trên Windows Mail (Windows 10/8.1) liên quan đến vấn đề chứng chỉ SSL.

Phương pháp 1: Chạy Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter (Win 10)

1. Win+R > ms-settings:troubleshoot Enter.
2. Windows Store Apps > Run the troubleshooter > Apply fix > Reboot.

Phương pháp 2: Cấu hình cổng Mail Server (Porting)

1. Mail App > Settings (bánh răng) > Manage Accounts > tài khoản > Change mailbox sync settings.
2. Kéo xuống > Incoming and outgoing mail server info (Advanced mailbox settings).
3. Incoming: thêm :995 (vd: pop.myserver.net:995)
4. Outgoing (SMTP): thêm :465 (vd: smtpout.myserver.net:465)
5. Save > Reboot.

Phương pháp 3: Tạo lại tài khoản không dùng SSL

1. Settings > Manage accounts > Delete account from this device.
2. Add account > nhập thông tin > bỏ tick mọi ô liên quan SSL.
