Tạo mã QR trong PowerPoint và Excel

Mã QR hữu ích cho marketing. Có thể tạo trực tiếp trong PowerPoint/Excel bằng add-in QR4Office (cần internet).

Tạo QR trong PowerPoint

  1. Mở PowerPoint > Insert > Store (hoặc Get Add-ins).
  2. Tìm "QR" > cài QR4Office (Add > Continue).
  3. Sau cài, truy cập qua Insert > My Add-ins > QR4Office.
  4. Panel bên phải: nhập URL (không cần https://, https:// có sẵn trong menu) hoặc chọn Custom cho text tùy ý.
  5. Nhấn Insert (nếu không chèn được, chuột phải QR > Copy > Paste vào slide, hoặc Download ảnh > Insert Picture).

Tạo QR trong Excel

  1. Mở Excel > Insert > My Add-ins > QR4Office > Insert.
  2. Làm tương tự PowerPoint: nhập URL/text > Insert hoặc Copy/Paste/Download ảnh.
  3. Nếu Paste không được: chuột phải QR > Save as Picture > Insert > Picture chọn file.

Add-in QR4Office sau khi cài trên một app Office sẽ dùng được cho các app khác (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
