Khắc phục lỗi bàn phím không hoạt động trên Windows 10 - 12 phương pháp

Sau cập nhật/nâng cấp, bàn phím có thể ngừng hoạt động hoàn toàn. Nguyên nhân: bàn phím hỏng, pin yếu (chuột/bàn phím không dây), driver thiếu/cũ, cài đặt nguồn sai, Filter Keys, bug Windows Update.

Lưu ý: Cần dùng Touchpad/USB Mouse và On-screen Keyboard để thao tác. Tạo điểm khôi phục.

Phương pháp 1: Tắt Filter Keys

  1. Control Panel → Ease of Access → Ease of Access Center → Make the keyboard easier to use.
  2. Bỏ tích Turn on Filter Keys → Apply → OK → Restart.

Phương pháp 2: Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter

  1. Win + R → control → Troubleshooting → View all → Hardware and Devices → Run.

Phương pháp 3: Tắt USB Legacy Support trong BIOS

  1. Boot vào BIOS (F2/DEL/F12) → USB Configuration → Disable USB Legacy Support → Save & Exit → Restart.

Phương pháp 4: Gỡ Synaptics Software

  1. Control Panel → Uninstall a program → tìm Synaptics → Uninstall → Restart.

Phương pháp 5: Gỡ driver bàn phím

  1. Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) → Keyboards → chuột phải bàn phím → Uninstall device → Yes → Restart (Windows tự cài lại).
  2. Nếu vẫn lỗi: tải driver mới từ web nhà sản xuất.

Phương pháp 6: Cập nhật driver bàn phím

  1. Device Manager → Keyboards → Standard PS/2 Keyboard → Update driver → Search automatically.
  2. Thất bại: Browse my computer → Let me pick from a list → chọn driver mới nhất → Next → Restart.

Phương pháp 7: Tắt Fast Startup

  1. Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Power Options → Choose what the power buttons do → Change settings that are currently unavailable → bỏ tích Turn on fast startup → Save changes.

Phương pháp 8: Cập nhật Windows

  1. Win + I → Update & Security → Check for updates → cài tất cả → Restart.

Phương pháp 9: Workaround (cài driver sai rồi cài lại driver đúng)

  1. Device Manager → Standard PS/2 Keyboard → Update Driver → Browse my computer → Let me pick → bỏ tích Show compatible hardware → chọn driver KHÁC → Next → Restart.
  2. Lặp lại, lần này chọn PS/2 Standard Keyboard đúng → Restart.

Phương pháp 10: Cập nhật BIOS

Cảnh báo: Cập nhật BIOS rủi ro cao, cần giám sát chuyên gia.
1. Win + R → msinfo32 → ghi nhớ BIOS Version/Date và nhà sản xuất.
2. Vào web nhà sản xuất (VD: Dell) → nhập Service Tag hoặc auto-detect → tải BIOS update mới nhất.
3. Không tắt máy/ngắt nguồn khi cập nhật. Chạy file .exe → làm theo hướng dẫn.

Phương pháp 11: Cho USB/Bluetooth Mouse/Keyboard

  1. Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → View Devices and Printers.
  2. Chuột phải thiết bị USB/Bluetooth → Properties → tab Services → tích Drivers for keyboard, mice, etc (HID) → Apply → OK → Restart.

Phương pháp 12: Sửa lỗi dành cho Laptop ASUS

Gỡ chương trình AiCharger+/AiChargerPlus từ Control Panel → Programs and Features → Restart.
