Nếu dùng card đồ họa AMD, bạn chắc quen với AMD Catalyst Control Centre (CCC). Lỗi "Host application has stopped working" thường do: driver cũ, file hệ thống hỏng, xung đột phần mềm, hoặc malware.
Tạo điểm khôi phục trước khi sửa.
Các Cách Sửa Lỗi CCC Host Application Stopped Working
Phương pháp 1: Bỏ Ẩn Thư Mục ATI Trong AppData
- Win+R > gõ
%localappdata%> Enter. - Chọn View > Options > tab View > tick Show hidden files and folders.
- Tìm thư mục ATI > chuột phải > Properties > bỏ tick Hidden > Apply > OK.
- Khởi động lại máy > chạy lại CCC.
Phương pháp 2: Cập Nhật Driver AMD
- Tải driver mới nhất từ trang AMD.
- Hoặc: Win+X > Device Manager > Display adapters > chuột phải card AMD > Update Driver > Search automatically.
- Nếu không tìm thấy: Browse my computer > Let me pick > chọn driver mới nhất trong danh sách > Next.
- Restart máy.
Phương pháp 3: Chạy CCC Ở Chế Độ Tương Thích (Compatibility Mode)
- Đến thư mục:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static - Chuột phải CCC.exe > Properties > tab Compatibility.
- Tick Run this program in compatibility mode for > chọn Windows 7.
- Apply > OK > Restart.
Phương pháp 4: Cập Nhật Windows
- Win+I > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates.
- Cài đặt mọi bản cập nhật đang chờ > Restart.
Lưu ý: AMD đã thay thế Catalyst Control Centre bằng AMD Radeon Software trên driver mới. Nên cài driver mới nhất để tránh lỗi cũ.
