Khắc phục lỗi cài đặt máy in 0x00000057

Lỗi 0x00000057 khi thêm máy in mạng thường do driver máy in hỏng/cũ hoặc cài đặt driver thất bại. Máy in hiển thị trong danh sách nhưng báo lỗi ngay khi nhấn Add.

Các phương pháp khắc phục

Phương pháp 1: Thêm máy in cục bộ qua cổng Local Port (Network Path)

  1. Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Add a printer.
  2. Chọn Create a new port > Type: Local Port.
  3. Port Name: nhập đường dẫn mạng \\ComputerName\SharedPrinterName.
  4. Chọn driver máy in > chọn Replace the current driver.
  5. Chia sẻ/mặc định theo ý > Hoàn tất.

Phương pháp 2: Copy thư mục FileRepository từ máy hoạt động tốt

  1. Trên máy tốt: Regedit > HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT x86\Drivers\Version-3\.
  2. Tìm subkey driver máy in lỗi > xem giá trị InfPath (đường dẫn file .inf).
  3. Vào C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository > copy thư mục tương ứng ra USB.
  4. Trên máy lỗi: vào cùng thư mục FileRepository > nếu rỗng, take ownership thư mục.
  5. Paste nội dung từ USB vào > Thử cài driver lại.

Phương pháp 3: Cài lại máy in và driver thủ công

  1. services.msc > Stop Print Spooler.
  2. Win+R > printui.exe /s /t2 > xóa máy in lỗi > chọn xóa driver khi hỏi.
  3. Start lại Print Spooler.
  4. Cài lại máy in bình thường.

Phương pháp 4: Thêm Local Server từ Print Management

  1. Win+R > MMC > File > Add/Remove Snap-in > Print Management > Add > Local server > Finish/OK.
  2. Mở rộng Print Servers > Local Server > Drivers.
  3. Xóa driver máy in gây lỗi > Cài lại máy in.

Phương pháp 5: Đổi tên file driver trong driverstore

  1. Win+R > %systemroot%\system32\driverstore.
  2. Đổi tên 4 file:
    infcache.1 → infcache.1.old
infpub.dat → infpub.dat.old
infstor.dat → infstor.dat.old
infstrng.dat → infstrng.dat.old
  3. Nếu không đổi được, take ownership file > thử cài driver lại.
