Các giải pháp khắc phục
Thử lần lượt (không theo thứ tự bắt buộc):
- Chạy Internet Connections Troubleshooter
- Tạm tắt antivirus/tường lửa
- Gỡ VPN hoặc tắt Proxy
- Đổi DNS sang Google DNS
- Đổi Network Profile (Public/Private)
- Reset Network (Network Reset)
- Cài đặt lại Origin
- Tắt Origin Client Service và Origin Web Helper Service
1. Chạy Internet Connections Troubleshooter
Windows 11: Win+I > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Internet Connections > Run.
Windows 10: Win+I > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Internet Connections > Run the troubleshooter.
2. Tạm tắt antivirus/tường lửa
Antivirus bên thứ 3 hoặc Firewall có thể chặn Origin. Hãy:
- Cho phép Origin qua Windows Firewall.
- Tạm tắt/gỡ antivirus bên thứ 3 (dùng công cụ gỡ chuyên dụng của hãng AV).
3. Gỡ VPN client hoặc tắt Proxy
VPN/Proxy thường gây xung đột kết nối server Origin. Hãy tắt/gỡ VPN, reset Proxy settings. Nếu đã tắt, thử bật VPN xem có kết nối được không.
4. Đổi sang Google Public DNS
DNS của ISP có thể bị lỗi. Đổi sang Google DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) hoặc Cloudflare (1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1). Cách làm: Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings > chuột phải card mạng > Properties > IPv4 > Properties > Use the following DNS server addresses.
5. Đổi Network Profile
Chuyển giữa Public ↔ Private trong Settings > Network & Internet > Properties của kết nối đang dùng.
6. Reset Network
Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset. Điều này cài lại toàn bộ adapter mạng.
7. Cài đặt lại Origin client
Gỡ Origin (khuyên dùng phần mềm gỡ cài đặt chuyên dụng) > xóa thư mục AppData của Origin > khởi động lại > tải bản mới nhất từ origin.com.
Xóa AppData: Win+R > %appdata% > xóa thư mục Origin.
Nếu bản mới không chạy, thử cài bản cũ từ origin.en.uptodown.com, sau đó chạy OriginThinSetup.exe từ store của quốc gia bạn.
8. Tắt Origin Client Service và Origin Web Helper Service
Win+R > services.msc > tìm Origin Client Service và Origin Web Helper Service > chuột phải > Properties > Startup type: Disabled > Apply > OK > khởi động lại.
Tại sao Origin không kết nối Internet?
- Kiểm tra Date/Time máy tính chính xác.
- Cho phép Origin qua antivirus/firewall.
- Reset Internet Explorer Settings.
- Tắt Proxy Server.
Chơi game Origin offline được không?
Được. Mở Origin > đăng nhập > tải game muốn chơi offline > menu Origin > Go Offline.
