Bạn cắm USB, kết nối Bluetooth (tai nghe, chuột, bàn phím, loa...) nhưng Windows báo "Device requires further installation" hoặc "Device USB requires further installation" / "Bluetooth device requires further installation". Thiết bị không hoạt động. Bài viết phân tích nguyên nhân và đưa ra 5 phương pháp khắc phục hệ thống cho cả USB và Bluetooth.
Nguyên nhân chính
- Xem nhầm "Event" đầu tiên trong Device Manager thay vì "Final Timestamp" (sự kiện cuối cùng).
- Driver thiết bị bị corrupt hoặc cấu hình sai.
- Windows 10 quá cũ, thiếu bản vá hỗ trợ hardware mới.
- Driver Intel PROSet Wireless (cho Bluetooth/WiFi combo) phiên bản không tương thích.
Khắc phục cơ bản
- Restart PC: Start → Power → Restart. Giải quyết glitch tạm.
- Cập nhật Windows: Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update → Check for updates. Cài tất cả.
- Sửa file hệ thống: CMD Admin →
sfc /scannow→DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth→ Restart.
Phương pháp 1: Kiểm tra Final Timestamp trong Device Manager (Quan trọng!)
Nhiều người nhìn thấy "Device install requested" (yêu cầu cài đặt) là event đầu tiên và tưởng chưa cài xong. Thực tế phải xem event CUỐI CÙNG.
Option I: Thiết bị USB
- Win + X → Device Manager.
- Mở rộng Universal Serial Bus controllers.
- Click chuột phải thiết bị USB báo lỗi → Properties → Tab Events.
- Xem dòng cuối cùng (Latest timestamp):
- "Device started" → Thiết bị đã sẵn sàng, KHÔNG cần làm gì thêm.
- "Device configured" / "Driver installed" → OK.
- Lỗi khác (Migration failed, Start failed...) → Tiến hành các phương pháp dưới.
Option II: Thiết bị Bluetooth
- Device Manager → Mở rộng Bluetooth.
- Click chuột phải thiết bị Bluetooth (Intel Wireless Bluetooth, Realtek Bluetooth...) → Properties → Tab Events.
- Xem timestamp cuối: "Device started" = OK.
Phương pháp 2: Dọn dẹp file rác (Temp files) ổ C:
- Win + R → cleanmgr.exe → Enter.
- Chọn ổ (C:) → OK.
- Chọn tất cả mục (Temporary files, Thumbnails, Delivery Optimization Files, Recycle Bin...) → OK → Delete Files.
- Restart PC.
Phương pháp 3: Cập nhật Driver thiết bị
Option I: USB Driver
- Device Manager → Universal Serial Bus controllers.
- Click chuột phải thiết bị → Update driver → Search automatically for drivers.
- Windows tải và cài driver mới nhất. Nếu báo "Best drivers already installed" → OK.
Option II: Bluetooth Driver (Dành cho Bluetooth tích hợp Intel/Realtek)
- Vào trang hỗ trợ của hãng Laptop (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus...) hoặc Intel Download Center (downloadcenter.intel.com).
- Tìm driver Bluetooth cho đúng model laptop / chipset (Intel AX200, AX201, AX210...).
- Tải file .exe → Chạy cài đặt theo wizard → Restart.
Phương pháp 4: Gỡ cài đặt Driver (Uninstall) để Windows tự cài lại
Option I: USB
- Device Manager → Universal Serial Bus controllers.
- Click chuột phải thiết bị lỗi → Uninstall device → Uninstall.
- Restart PC. Windows sẽ tự detect và cài driver mới (Plug and Play).
Option II: Bluetooth
- Device Manager → Bluetooth → Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) (hoặc Realtek...).
- Uninstall device → Uninstall.
- Restart. Windows Update sẽ tự tải driver Bluetooth mới.
Phương pháp 5: Cài đặt thủ công Intel PROSet Wireless Driver (Cho WiFi/Bluetooth Intel)
Nếu dùng card mạng Intel (WiFi 6 AX200/AX201/AX210, Bluetooth 5.1/5.2) và driver tự động không ổn:
- Truy cập Intel PROSet Wireless Software page (downloadcenter.intel.com → Wireless Networking → Intel PROSet/Wireless Software).
- Chọn bản phù hợp Windows 10 64-bit → Download.
- Chạy file .exe cài đặt theo wizard → Restart.
