Lỗi "Bluetooth Peripheral Device Driver Not Found" xuất hiện trong Device Manager (vùng Other devices có biểu tượng dấu chấm than vàng) khi Windows không tìm thấy driver cho thiết bị Bluetooth (chuột, bàn phím, loa, điện thoại...). Nguyên nhân: driver Bluetooth bị thiếu, lỗi, hoặc không tương thích sau cập nhật Windows.
Phương pháp 1: Cập nhật driver Bluetooth thủ công qua Device Manager
- Win + R >
devmgmt.msc> mở rộng Other devices. - Chuột phải từng Bluetooth Peripheral Device (dấu chấm than vàng) > Update driver.
- Thử Search automatically for drivers trước.
- Nếu thất bại: Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list > chọn driver mới nhất trong danh sách > Next.
- Lặp lại cho tất cả thiết bị Bluetooth Peripheral Device.
- Khởi động lại máy.
Phương pháp 2: Tải driver từ trang chủ nhà sản xuất (Khuyên dùng)
- Xác định hãng card Bluetooth: Intel (phổ biến nhất), Realtek, Broadcom, Qualcomm Atheros, MediaTek.
- Vào trang hỗ trợ laptop (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer...) hoặc trang chipset (Intel Download Center, Realtek, Broadcom) tải driver Bluetooth mới nhất cho đúng model & Windows 10 64-bit.
- Cài đặt > khởi động lại.
Phương pháp 3: Dành cho thiết bị Microsoft Mobile Device (Windows Phone cũ)
- Win + R >
control /name microsoft.system> xem System type (64-bit hay 32-bit). - Tải Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 (drvupdate-amd64.msi cho 64-bit, drvupdate-x86.msi cho 32-bit).
- Cài đặt > mở Device Manager > cập nhật driver Bluetooth Peripheral Device > Browse my computer > Let me pick > chọn Bluetooth Radios > Microsoft Corporation > Windows Mobile-based device support > Next.
Phương pháp 4: Gỡ cài đặt thiết bị Bluetooth & quét lại phần cứng
- Device Manager > Bluetooth (hoặc Other devices) > chuột phải thiết bị Bluetooth > Uninstall device > tích xóa driver.
- Menu Action > Scan for hardware changes.
- Windows sẽ tự tìm và cài driver phù hợp.
Phương pháp 5: Kiểm tra dịch vụ Bluetooth
services.msc> đảm bảo các dịch vụ sau: Bluetooth Support Service, Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service, Bluetooth User Support Service ở Automatic & Running.
Phương pháp 6: Sử dụng Add Legacy Hardware (cho adapter Bluetooth cũ)
- Device Manager > Action > Add legacy hardware > Next.
- Chọn Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced).
- Chọn Bluetooth Radios > Have Disk > trỏ đến file .inf driver Bluetooth đã tải.
Mẹo: Nếu laptop có nút bật/tắt Wi-Fi/Bluetooth vật lý (hoặc Fn + F-key), đảm bảo đã bật. Kiểm tra BIOS/UEFI có disable Bluetooth không. Sau khi sửa, vào Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices để ghép cặp thiết bị.
