Phương pháp 1: Bật Active Scripting trong Internet Explorer
- Mở IE → nhấn Alt để hiện menu → Tools → Internet Options.
- Tab Security → Custom level.
- Tìm ActiveX controls and plug-ins, đặt các mục sau thành Enable:
- Allow ActiveX Filtering
- Download Signed ActiveX Control
- Run ActiveX and plug-ins
- Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting - Đặt các mục sau thành Prompt:
- Download unsigned ActiveX Control
- Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting - OK → Apply → OK.
- Khởi động lại trình duyệt và kiểm tra.
Phương pháp 2: Xóa cache Internet Explorer
- Windows + R → gõ inetcpl.cpl → Enter.
- Tab General, mục Browsing history → Delete.
- Chọn tất cả: Temporary Internet files, Cookies, History, Download History, Form data, Passwords, Tracking Protection/ActiveX Filtering/Do Not Track.
- Nhấn Delete → chờ xong.
- Khởi động lại IE và kiểm tra.
Phương pháp 3: Reset Internet Explorer
- Windows + R → inetcpl.cpl → Enter.
- Tab Advanced → Reset (dưới Reset Internet Explorer settings).
- Chọn Delete personal settings → Reset.
- Chờ xong → khởi động lại máy.
Nếu vẫn lỗi: đóng IE → mở lại → bánh răng → Internet Options → Advanced → Restore advanced settings → làm theo hướng dẫn → reboot.
Phương pháp 4: Đảm bảo Windows cập nhật mới nhất
- Windows + I → Update & Security.
- Nhấn Check for updates → cài đặt các bản cập nhật chờ.
- Khởi động lại máy.
