Option 1: Animations bên trong application windows
Có multiple ways tắt toyish behavior. Tôi chỉ show 2. Cách 1: disable animation cho controls và elements bên trong windows. Ảnh hưởng bất kỳ program dùng features này, bao gồm Office 2016 (hoặc version khác cùng vấn đề).
Vào Control Panel > System > Advanced system settings. Tab Advance, click Settings dưới Performance label. Tab Visual Effects, đổi radio button sang Custom. Trong field dưới, bỏ tick box: "Animate controls and elements inside windows". Apply, exit, start Office, enjoy sane behavior (hành vi bình thường).
Option 2: Registry tweak cho Office 2016 only
Cách 2 chỉ affect office suite, không app khác. Làm qua registry. Sau change, không cần reboot, chỉ restart Office, good to go.
Mở registry editor (regedit). Navigate to:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Graphics
Nếu không có Graphics key, right-click Common > new key > Graphics.
Rồi, right pane, thêm DWORD sau - set value = 1:
DisableAnimations
Nếu dùng Office version khác (2013, 2019), logic tương tự. Chỉ khác path registry (ví dụ: 15.0\Common). Nếu muốn animation kindergarten trở lại, xóa DWORD hoặc set 0.
Kết luận
Amazing và utterly depressing (hoàn toàn chán nản) software trở nên less usable theo thời gian. Font nhạt, animation vô Zweck, visuals "stylish/trendy" degrade ergonomics, accessibility, efficiency. Bad contrast, unnecessary mouse clicks. Gần như thế giới quyết định hạ global IQ 20 điểm, cách tốt nhất: "modern" applications.
