Khắc phục lỗi VirtualBox 'Active Connections' khi tắt máy do BlueStacks

Lỗi "VirtualBox interface has active connections" xuất hiện khi tắt máy Windows 10, thường do BlueStacks (phiên bản cũ) vẫn chạy ngầm, tiến trình khởi động xung đột, ưu tiên tiến trình sai, driver/.NET Framework cũ, tài khoản user hỏng. Hướng dẫn 15 phương pháp khắc phục.

Lưu ý trước khi bắt đầu

Trong BlueStacks: Settings → Advanced → tắt Notifications Mode (nếu bật).

Các phương pháp khắc phục

1. Đóng hoàn toàn tiến trình BlueStacks (Tạo file .cmd để tiện)

  1. Mở Notepad → dán lệnh sau → Save as KillBlueStacks.cmd (Save as type: All Files):
wmic process where "name='HD-Player.exe'" delete
wmic process where "name='HD-Agent.exe'" delete
wmic process where "name='Bluestacks.exe'" delete
wmic process where "name='BstkSVC.exe'" delete
  1. Chạy file .cmd này trước khi Shutdown → máy tắt bình thường.

Có thể tạo Scheduled Task hoặc Group Policy chạy script này khi Shutdown.

2. Vô hiệu hóa chương trình khởi động cùng Windows (Startup)

Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) → tab Startup → Disable tất cả (đặc biệt BlueStacks related). Restart → test tắt máy. Xem: 4 cách Disable Startup Programs.

3. Cấp quyền Full Control & Chạy Compatibility Mode cho BlueStacks

3.1 Full Control:

  1. Chuột phải shortcut BlueStacks → Open file location.
  2. Chuột phải Bluestacks.exe → Properties → Security → Edit.
  3. Chọn user của bạn → tích Full control (Allow) → Apply → OK.

3.2 Compatibility Mode:

  1. Properties → tab Compatibility → tích Run this program in compatibility mode for:.
  2. Chọn Windows 7 / Windows 8 → Apply → OK.

4. Thay đổi độ ưu tiên (Priority) tiến trình BlueStacks trong Task Manager

Cảnh báo: Việc thay đổi priority có thể làm hệ thống bất ổn. Làm cẩn thận!

  1. Task Manager → Details tab.
  2. Chuột phải từng tiến trình → Set priority:
  • HD-Player.exe → Realtime
  • HD-Agent.exe → Above normal
  • Bluestacks.exe → Realtime
  • BstkSVC.exe → Realtime
  1. Reboot → test.
  2. Nếu ổn → tạo file StartBlueStacks.cmd để tự động set priority khi chạy:
start "" /Realtime "C:\Program Files\BlueStacks\HD-Player.exe"
start "" /AboveNormal "C:\Program Files\BlueStacks\HD-Agent.exe"
start "" /Realtime "C:\Program Files\BlueStacks\Bluestacks.exe"
start "" /Realtime "C:\Program Files\BlueStacks\BstkSVC.exe"

5. Bật Virtualization Technology (VT-x/AMD-V) trong BIOS

BlueStacks chạy ảo hóa, cần VT-x (Intel) hoặc AMD-V (AMD).

Kiểm tra hỗ trợ:

  • Intel: Tải Intel Processor Identification Utility → CPU Technologies → tìm Intel Virtualization Technology → Yes/Checked = hỗ trợ.
  • AMD: Tải AMD Virtualization Technology and Hyper-V Compatibility Utility → chạy → thông báo "The system is compatible with Hyper-V".

Bật trong BIOS:

  1. Restart → nhấn liên tục Esc/Del/F12/F10/F8 (tùy hãng) vào BIOS.
  2. Tìm: Virtualization Technology / Intel VT-x / AMD-V / SVM Mode → Enable.
  3. Save & Exit → Reboot → test.

6. Cập nhật BlueStacks lên phiên bản mới nhất

BlueStacks → Settings (bánh răng) → About → Check for Updates → Apply → Relaunch → Thoát hoàn toàn (System Tray → Quit) → test Shutdown.

7. Cập nhật Windows

Settings → Update & Security → Check for updates. Xem: Cách cập nhật Windows 10.

8. Cập nhật Driver Card đồ họa

Xem: 4 cách cập nhật Graphics Driver.

9. Cài đặt lại Driver GPU (Reinstall)

Nếu cập nhật không hết → DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) gỡ sạch → cài lại driver mới. Xem: Cách Uninstall/Reinstall Driver.

10. Rollback Driver GPU

Nếu driver mới gây lỗi → quay về bản cũ. Xem: Cách Rollback Driver Windows 10.

11. Cập nhật .NET Framework

  1. Truy cập trang Microsoft .NET Download.
  2. Tải .NET Framework 4.8 Runtime (KHÔNG phải Developer Pack).
  3. Cài đặt → Restart → test.

12. Tạo tài khoản Administrator mới

  1. Settings → Accounts → Family & other users → Add someone else → I don't have... → Add without Microsoft account.
  2. Tạo user → Change account type → Administrator.
  3. Đăng nhập user mới → test BlueStacks + Shutdown.

13. Gỡ ứng dụng xung đột trong Safe Mode

  1. Khởi động vào Safe Mode (Xem: Cách vào Safe Mode Windows 10).
  2. Nếu không lỗi → gỡ app/cập nhật gần đây gây xung đột.

14. Gỡ cài đặt sạch BlueStacks & Cài lại trong Safe Mode

  1. Kết thúc mọi tiến trình BlueStacks (Task Manager + System Tray Quit).
  2. Win+R → %temp% → Ctrl+A → Delete.
  3. Dùng BlueStacks Uninstaller Tool (tải từ web BlueStacks) → gỡ hoàn toàn.
  4. Khởi động vào Safe Mode.
  5. Tải bản BlueStacks mới nhất → cài đặt trong Safe Mode.
  6. Tắt Safe Mode: Win+R → msconfig → Boot tab → bỏ tích Safe boot → OK → Restart.
  7. Chạy BlueStacks → test Shutdown.

15. Khôi phục Windows về phiên bản trước (Go back)

Nếu lỗi xuất hiện sau cập nhật Windows:

  1. Settings → Update & Security → Recovery.
  2. Go back to the previous version of Windows 10 → Get started.
  3. Làm theo hướng dẫn (chỉ khả dụng trong 10 ngày sau cập nhật).

Mẹo: Tắt đúng cách VirtualBox

Nếu dùng VirtualBox riêng: Close VM → chọn Power off the machine → tích Restore current snapshot (nếu muốn) → OK → File → Exit.
