Gặp lỗi "No audio device installed" hoặc không có âm thanh → vấn đề ở Multimedia Audio Controller. Driver hỏng/cũ → mất tiếng. Device Manager: dấu chấm than vàng bên cạnh Multimedia Audio Controller dưới Other devices.
Chuột phải → Properties → thấy "No drivers installed for this device". Nhiều user gặp lỗi này, dễ khắc phục theo hướng dẫn dưới.
Multimedia Audio Controller Là Gì?
Driver này cho phép OS giao tiếp với phần cứng âm thanh (loa, tai nghe...). Lỗi driver → không dùng được âm thanh. Nguyên nhân chính: driver hỏng/cũ/không tương thích → fix bằng update hoặc cài lại từ đầu.
Sửa Lỗi Driver Multimedia Audio Controller
Tạo điểm khôi phục trước khi làm.
Phương pháp 1: Cập Nhật Driver
- Win + R →
devmgmt.msc→ Device Manager. - Mở rộng Sound, video and game Controllers tìm Multimedia Audio Controller. Không thấy → mở rộng Other devices.
- Chuột phải → Update.
- Chọn "Search automatically for updated driver software".
- Đợi tìm xong → nếu có update → Install → Close → Reboot.
- Nếu báo "The best driver software is already installed" → Close, driver đã mới.
- Vẫn lỗi → cập nhật thủ công: Update driver → Browse my computer → Let me pick from list → chọn driver phù hợp → Next → Restart.
Phương pháp 2: Gỡ Cài Đặt Driver
- Device Manager → Sound, video and game Controllers / Other devices → tìm Multimedia Audio Controller (dấu chấm than vàng).
- Chuột phải → Uninstall → Yes → Reboot.
- Windows tự cài driver mặc định khi khởi động.
- Nếu chưa xong → vào web hãng card âm thanh (Realtek, Creative...) tải driver mới nhất cài đặt.
Phương pháp 3: Kiểm Tra Windows Update
- Win + I → Update & Security → Windows Update.
- Check for updates → Download & Install nếu có.
- Cài xong → Windows up-to-date.
Phương pháp 4: Thêm Legacy Hardware
- Device Manager → chọn Sound, video and game controllers → Action → Add legacy hardware.
- Next → chọn "Search for and install the hardware automatically (Recommended)".
- Cài driver thủ công → Reboot.
