Khắc phục sự cố âm thanh trên Windows 10 Creators Update

Người dùng cập nhật Windows 10 Creators Update gặp nhiều lỗi: thiếu icon ảnh, lỗi icon Desktop, mất WiFi... Hôm nay chúng ta xử lý riêng vấn đề âm thanh (Audio). Nhiều người báo cáo chất lượng âm thanh kém sau khi cài Creators Update.

Nhiều nguyên nhân: driver Audio/Sound không tương thích/cũ/hỏng, cấu hình âm thanh sai, xung đột app thứ 3... Dưới đây là các bước khắc phục.

Sửa lỗi âm thanh Windows 10 Creators Update

Tạo điểm khôi phục hệ thống trước khi thực hiện.

Cách 1: Cài đặt lại ứng dụng Audio

  1. Tìm Control Panel từ Start Menu search > mở.
  2. Chọn Uninstall a Program > tìm Realtek High Definition Audio Driver.
  3. Chuột phải > Uninstall.
  4. Restart máy > mở Device Manager.
  5. Action > Scan for hardware changes.
  6. Hệ thống sẽ tự cài lại Realtek High Definition Audio Driver.

Cách 2: Bật các dịch vụ Windows Sound

  1. Windows Key + R > gõ services.msc > Enter.
  2. Tìm 3 dịch vụ:
    Windows Audio
Windows Audio Endpoint Builder
Plug and Play
  3. Đảm bảo Startup Type = Automatic và dịch vụ đang Running. Dù sao cũng restart từng dịch vụ một lần.
  4. Nếu Startup Type không phải Automatic, double-click dịch vụ > Property > set Automatic.
  5. Đảm bảo các dịch vụ trên được tích trong msconfig.exe.
  6. Restart máy áp dụng thay đổi.

Cách 3: Tắt và bật lại Sound Controller

  1. Windows Key + R > gõ devmgmt.msc > Enter.
  2. Mở rộng Sound, video and game controllers > chuột phải Audio controller > Disable.
  3. Chuột phải lại > Enable.
  4. Kiểm tra lại âm thanh.

Cách 4: Cập nhật driver Sound Controller

  1. Windows Key + R > gõ devmgmt.msc > Enter.
  2. Mở rộng Sound, video and game controllers > chuột phải Audio Device > Enable (nếu đã enable thì bỏ qua).
  3. Nếu đã enable: chuột phải > Update Driver Software.
  4. Chọn Search automatically for updated driver software > đợi xong.
  5. Nếu không cập nhật được: lại chọn Update Driver Software > lần này chọn Browse my computer for driver software.
  6. Chọn Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
  7. Chọn driver phù hợp > Next.
  8. Hoàn tất > Restart máy.
  9. Hoặc tải driver mới nhất từ trang web nhà sản xuất.

Cách 5: Gỡ cài đặt driver Sound Controller

  1. Windows Key + R > gõ devmgmt.msc > Enter.
  2. Mở rộng Sound, video and game controllers > click thiết bị âm thanh > Uninstall.
  3. Xác nhận uninstall (OK).
  4. Trong Device Manager > Action > Scan for hardware changes.
  5. Restart áp dụng thay đổi.

Cách 6: Chạy Windows Audio Troubleshooter

  1. Mở Control Panel > ô tìm kiếm gõ troubleshooting.
  2. Kết quả tìm kiếm > Troubleshooting > Hardware and Sound.
  3. Chọn Playing Audio trong mục Sound.
  4. Nhấp Advanced Options > tích Apply repairs automatically > Next.
  5. Troubleshooter tự chẩn đoán > hỏi có áp dụng fix không.
  6. Nhấp Apply this fix > Reboot.

Cách 7: Rollback về bản build Windows 10 trước đó

  1. Màn hình Login > Power button > giữ Shift > Restart.
  2. Giữ Shift cho đến khi thấy Advanced Recovery Options menu.
  3. Điều hướng: Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Go back to the previous build.
  4. Chọn User Account, nhập mật khẩu > Continue > chọn lại Go Back to the Previous Build.
