Lỗi BUGCODE_NDIS_DRIVER (Blue Screen) thường xuất hiện khi cài/update Windows 10/11. Nguyên nhân: driver network card lỗi, cấu hình sai, corrupt, registry corrupt, malware, driver incompatible, file hệ thống hỏng, RAM lỗi.

1. Update Windows 10/11 Mới Nhất
Windows Update → tải patch mới (thường fix driver/hardware issues).
2. Update Driver (Khuyên Dùng Outbyte Driver Updater)
Driver cũ không tương thích OS mới → BSOD. Update qua web hãng hardware hoặc Outbyte Driver Updater (tự động quét, tải driver stable mới nhất).
3. Tắt/Vô Hiệu Hóa Phần Mềm WiFi Adapter
Một số phần mềm adapter gây BSOD. Thử: rút adapter → boot → cắm lại/sau khi vào Windows. Hoặc disable app adapter trong Startup.
4. Rollback Driver Về Phiên Bản Cũ
- Win+X → Device Manager.
- Tìm WiFi adapter → Properties → Driver tab → Roll Back Driver.
- Không rollback được → Safe Mode (Shift+Restart → Troubleshoot → Advanced → Startup Settings → Restart → F5) → rollback hoặc uninstall driver lỗi, cài driver cũ thủ công.
5. Clean Boot
- Win+R →
msconfig. - Selective startup → bỏ Load startup items.
- Services → Hide Microsoft Services → Disable all.
- Apply → Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) → Startup tab → Disable all.
- Restart.
6. Dọn Rác Hệ Thống (PC Repair Tool)
Malware thường ngụy trang file rác. Outbyte PC Repair quét tự động, xóa junk, fix registry, ngăn crash.
BSOD không phải lúc nào cũng chết chóc. Thử lần lượt. Không tự tin → nhờ kỹ thuật viên.
