Cách Sửa Lỗi Cập Nhật Windows 10 0x800705b4
Lỗi này xuất hiện khi kiểm tra cập nhật: "There were some problems installing updates..." hoặc khi kích hoạt Windows 10 từ Win 7/8.1. Nguyên nhân: cài đặt Windows Defender, Windows Update, phần mềm thứ 3, file hệ thống hỏng. Đôi khi kèm lỗi Windows Defender 0x800705b4 (Defender không khởi động).
Giải Pháp 1: Thay Đổi Cài Đặt Windows Update
- Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Advanced options.
- Bỏ tích Give me updates for other Microsoft products when I update Windows.
- Khởi động lại > Check for updates (lặp lại vài lần cho đến khi xong).
- Sau khi xong, bật lại tùy chọn trên > Check for updates lần nữa.
Giải Pháp 2: Reset Thủ Công Các Thành Phần Windows Update
Mở Command Prompt Admin, chạy lần lượt:
net stop bits net stop wuauserv net stop appidsvc net stop cryptsvc ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old netsh winsock reset net start bits net start wuauserv net start appidsvc net start cryptsvc
Khởi động lại máy. Hoặc nâng cấp build Windows 10 lên 1607/1703/1809...
Giải Pháp 3: Gỡ Phần Mềm Diệt Virus Thứ 3
Control Panel > Programs and Features > gỡ antivirus thứ 3 > Reboot > Check updates.
Giải Pháp 4: Khởi Động Lại Dịch Vụ Windows Defender
- Win+R > services.msc.
- Tìm Windows Defender Antivirus Service và Windows Defender Firewall > Properties.
- Startup type = Automatic > Apply/OK.
Giải Pháp 5: Chạy Windows Update Troubleshooter
Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Update > Run the troubleshooter. Chọn Advanced để sửa lỗi.
Giải Pháp 6: Chạy SFC Và DISM
Command Prompt Admin:
sfc /scannow DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Kiểm tra lệnh DISM cẩn thận tránh lỗi 87. Sau đó Check for updates lại. Nếu vẫn lỗi, restore Windows 10 về điểm trước.
