Sau khi nâng cấp Windows 10 hoặc cài Creators Update, nhiều người gặp lỗi: loa máy vẫn có tiếng nhưng cắm tai nghe thì không nghe thấy gì, dù tai nghe được nhận diện.
Nguyên nhân: driver hỏng/cũ, định dạng âm thanh mặc định, Audio enhancements, Exclusive mode, dịch vụ Windows Audio...
Sửa lỗi không có âm thanh từ tai nghe trên Windows 10
Tạo điểm khôi phục hệ thống trước khi thực hiện.
Phương pháp 1: Tắt Front Panel Jack Detection (Realtek)
Nếu cài Realtek HD Audio Manager, mở lên → check Disable front panel jack detection ở Connector settings bên phải.
Phương pháp 2: Tắt Audio Enhancements
- Chuột phải icon Loa taskbar → Sound.
- Tab Playback → chuột phải Speakers → Properties.
- Tab Enhancements → tick Disable all enhancements.
- Apply → OK → reboot.
Phương pháp 3: Đặt Tai nghe làm thiết bị mặc định
- Chuột phải icon Volume → Playback devices.
- Chọn tai nghe → chuột phải → Set as Default Device.
- Nếu không thấy tai nghe: chuột phải vùng trống → Show Disabled Devices → Enable tai nghe → Set as Default.
- Nếu không có tùy chọn tai nghe: đặt Speakers as Default Device.
- Apply → OK → reboot.
Phương pháp 4: Chạy Windows Audio Troubleshooter
- Control Panel → tìm troubleshooting.
- Chọn Troubleshooting → Hardware and Sound.
- Chọn Playing Audio.
- Advanced Options → tick Apply repairs automatically → Next.
- Chọn Apply this fix and Reboot.
Phương pháp 5: Khởi động dịch vụ Windows Audio
- Windows + R → services.msc → Enter.
- Tìm 3 dịch vụ:
Windows Audio
Windows Audio Endpoint Builder
Plug and Play - Đảm bảo Startup Type = Automatic và trạng thái Running. Restart tất cả.
- Nếu không phải Automatic → double-click → đặt Automatic.
- Kiểm tra trong msconfig.exe các dịch vụ trên đã được check.
- Restart máy.
Phương pháp 6: Tắt Exclusive Mode
- Chuột phải Volume icon → Playback devices.
- Chuột phải Speakers → Properties.
- Tab Advanced → bỏ tick 2 mục dưới Exclusive Mode:
Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device
Give exclusive mode applications priority - Apply → OK → reboot.
Phương pháp 7: Cài lại driver Sound Card
- Windows + R → devmgmt.msc → Enter.
- Mở rộng Sound, video and game controllers → chuột phải Audio Device (High Definition Audio Device) → Uninstall.
- Tick Delete the driver software for this device → OK.
- Reboot → Windows tự cài driver mặc định.
Phương pháp 8: Cập nhật driver Sound Card
- Device Manager → Sound, video and game controllers → chuột phải Audio Device → Update Driver.
- Chọn Search automatically for updated driver software.
- Reboot → nếu chưa được, làm lại và chọn Browse my computer for driver software → Let me pick from a list → chọn driver mới nhất.
Phương pháp 9: Dùng Add Legacy Hardware cho Sound Card cũ
- Device Manager → Sound, video and game controllers → Action > Add legacy hardware.
- Next → chọn Search for and install the hardware automatically (Recommended).
- Nếu không tìm thấy hardware mới → Next.
- Chọn Sound, video and game controllers → Next.
- Chọn Manufacturer và Model sound card → Next → Finish.
- Reboot.
Phương pháp 10: Gỡ driver Realtek High Definition Audio
- Tìm control → Control Panel → Uninstall a Program.
- Tìm Realtek High Definition Audio Driver → chuột phải → Uninstall.
- Reboot → mở Device Manager → Action > Scan for hardware changes.
- Hệ thống sẽ tự cài lại driver Realtek.
