Phương pháp 1: Chạy SFC và CHKDSK

3. Đợi xong > Restart.
4. Chạy chkdsk /f /r (gõ Y để chạy lúc boot) > Restart > Đợi xong > Restart lại.

Phương pháp 2: Tạm tắt Antivirus và Tường lửa

1. Tắt Antivirus (15-30 phút).

3. Nếu lỡ, thử lệnh nâng cao (cần nguồn cài Windows).
4. Restart > Kiểm tra Update.

Phương pháp 4: Đổi tên thư mục SoftwareDistribution (Reset Windows Update Components)

1. Mở Command Prompt (Admin).
2. Dừng dịch vụ:

   net stop wuauserv
   net stop cryptSvc
   net stop bits
   net stop msiserver

3. Đổi tên thư mục:

   ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
   ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old

4. Khởi động lại dịch vụ:

   net start wuauserv
   net start cryptSvc
   net start bits
   net start msiserver

5. Restart máy > Kiểm tra Update.
