Phương pháp 1: Tạm tắt Antivirus và Tường lửa

Phương pháp 5: Đặt lại thành phần Windows Update
1. Windows + X, chọn Command Prompt (Admin).
2. Gõ các lệnh sau vào cmd, Enter sau mỗi lệnh:

3. Xóa file qmgr*.dat, mở lại cmd gõ:

6. Đặt lại Winsock:
netsh winsock reset
7. Đặt lại dịch vụ BITS và Windows Update về bộ mô tả bảo mật mặc định:

8. Khởi động lại dịch vụ Windows Update:
net start bits net start wuauserv net start appidsvc net start cryptsvc
9. Cài đặt Windows Update Agent mới nhất.
10. Khởi động lại máy, kiểm tra đã khắc phục lỗi Windows Update 0x8007007e chưa.
Phương pháp 6: Thực hiện Windows Update trong Clean Boot
1. Windows + R, gõ msconfig, Enter mở System Configuration.
2. Tab General, chọn Selective Startup (Khởi động chọn lọc), bỏ tích "load startup items" (Tải mục khởi động).
3. Chuyển tab Services (Dịch vụ), tích "Hide all Microsoft services" (Ẩn tất cả dịch vụ Microsoft).
4. Nhấp Disable all (Vô hiệu hóa tất cả) – tắt các dịch vụ còn lại.
5. Restart máy, kiểm tra vấn đề còn không.
6. Sau khi xong khắc phục, hoàn tác các bước trên để máy khởi động bình thường.
