Cách thêm hoặc xóa máy in Microsoft Print to PDF trên Windows 10

Windows 10 tích hợp sẵn Microsoft Print to PDF – máy in ảo chuyển tài liệu thành PDF không cần phần mềm thứ ba. Dưới đây hướng dẫn sử dụng, xóa và thêm lại tính năng này.

Cách in ra file PDF với Microsoft Print to PDF

  1. Mở tài liệu (Word, Excel, Web, Notepad...).
  2. File → Print (Ctrl+P).
  3. Chọn máy in: Microsoft Print to PDF → Print.
  4. Chọn vị trí lưu, đặt tên file → Save. File PDF đã sẵn sàng.

Cách xóa Microsoft Print to PDF

Phương pháp 1: Qua Settings (Dễ nhất)

  1. Win+I → Devices → Printers & scanners.
  2. Click Microsoft Print to PDF → Remove device → Yes.

Phương pháp 2: Qua Control Panel

  1. Win+R → control panel → Hardware and Sound → Devices and Printers.
  2. Chuột phải Microsoft Print to PDF → Remove device → Yes.

Phương pháp 3: Command Prompt (Admin) – Nhanh nhất

  1. Win+S → "cmd" → chuột phải → Run as administrator.
  2. Chạy lệnh: rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /dl /n "Microsoft Print to PDF"

Phương pháp 4: PowerShell (Admin)

  1. Win+S → "PowerShell" → Run as administrator.
  2. Chạy: Remove-Printer -Name "Microsoft Print to PDF"

Cách thêm lại Microsoft Print to PDF (nếu xóa nhầm hoặc bị mất)

  1. Kiểm tra tính năng Windows: Win+S → "features" → Turn Windows features on or off → đảm bảo Microsoft Print to PDF được tích (enabled).
  2. Win+I → Devices → Printers & scanners → Add a printer or scanner.
