Sửa lỗi "The service cannot accept control messages at this time" trên Windows

Lỗi dịch vụ không chấp nhận tin nhắn điều khiển thường do dịch vụ đang ở trạng thái "stopping" hoặc treo khi xử lý lệnh. Thường gặp với Credential Manager, IIS, Application Information Service.

Cách 1: Khởi động lại Credential Manager Service

1. Win+R → services.msc
2. Tìm Credential Manager Service → Properties → Stop → Startup type: Automatic → Start
3. Nếu lỗi 1079 → tab Log On → đổi tài khoản thành tài khoản của bạn

Cách 2: Kill IIS Worker Process (Nếu dùng IIS)

1. Ctrl+Shift+Esc → Task Manager → Details/Processes
2. Tìm w3wp.exe hoặc IIS Worker Process → End task
3. Restart máy

Cách 3: Khởi động Application Information Service + Kill svchost/BITS

1. Mở services.msc → minimize
2. Task Manager → tìm svchost.exe (netsvcs) hoặc Service Host: Background Intelligent Transfer Service → End task
3. Quay lại Services → Application Information Service → Properties → Automatic → Start

Cách 4: Đổi mật khẩu trong Edge (Liên quan Credential Manager)

1. Mở Edge → Settings → Profiles → Passwords → Manage passwords
2. Chọn một mục → Edit → đổi mật khẩu → Save → Restart

Cách 5: System Restore

Khôi phục hệ thống về điểm trước khi lỗi xuất hiện (tương tự các bài trước).
