Sau cài lại Win/upgrade Win 10, Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center (trước đây IntelliPoint/IntelliType) báo "No supported device detected" dù dùng chuột/bàn phím Microsoft (như IntelliMouse Optical USB). Không thể tùy chỉnh phím, macro, cài đặt.

Thiết Bị Nào Không Được Hỗ Trợ?
Mặc định chỉ hỗ trợ chuột/bàn phím USB độc lập. Không hỗ trợ: PS/2, Bluetooth, một số USB cũ. Ví dụ: IntelliMouse Explorer 4.0, Standard Wireless Optical Mouse, Comfort Optical Mouse 1000; bàn phím Internet Keyboard, Multimedia Keyboard, Bluetooth Keyboard... Xem chi tiết tại trang Microsoft. Cách Sửa Lỗi Không Nhận Diện Thiết Bị Microsoft
Giải Pháp 1: Kiểm Tra Phần Cứng Chuột/Bàn Phím
- USB: Rút cắm lại, thử cổng USB khác.
- Không dây: Nhấn nút kết nối trên bộ thu (transceiver) và dưới thiết bị.
- Thử trên máy khác. Nếu vẫn không chạy > đổi thiết bị mới. Nếu chạy được trên máy khác > sửa lỗi Windows.
Giải Pháp 2: Gỡ Và Cài Lại Microsoft Mouse And Keyboard Center
- Control Panel > Uninstall a program > gỡ Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center.
- Gỡ luôn phần mềm thứ 3 có thể chặn.
- Reboot.
- Tải bản mới từ Microsoft Support (USB cũ dùng IntelliPoint 8.2).
- Cài theo hướng dẫn > chạy lại, thiết bị sẽ hiện hình ảnh để tùy chỉnh.
Giải Pháp 3: Gỡ Và Cài Lại Driver Chuột/Bàn Phím
Driver cũ không tương thích Win 10 gây lỗi nhận diện.
Thủ công: Device Manager > Mice and other pointing devices > chuột phải chuột Microsoft > Uninstall. Làm tương tự cho Keyboards. Tải driver mới từ trang Microsoft.
Tự động (Khuyên dùng Driver Booster): Tải, cài, chạy Scan > tìm driver chuột/bàn phím > Update. Driver Booster cập nhật tất cả driver thiếu/cũ một lần.
Giải Pháp 4: Chạy Windows Hardware And Device Troubleshooter
Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Hardware and Devices > Run the troubleshooter.
