Tổng Quan Lỗi "The Driver Can't Release To Failure"
Người dùng mainboard Gigabyte gặp lỗi này khi dùng Gigabyte App Center (Cloud Station Server, EasyTune...). App Center không mở, chỉ hiện cảnh báo. Lỗi xuất hiện mỗi lần boot Windows 10.
Tại Sao Lỗi Xảy Ra?
Do mainboard Gigabyte không có WIFI onboard, trong khi App Center cần WIFI để chạy Cloud Station (HomeCloud, Remote Control, Remote OC). Giải pháp: gỡ App Center, utilities và driver Gigabyte.
"Failure" = Windows không tìm thấy phần cứng WIFI từ mainboard. "The driver" không chỉ driver cụ thể nào (có thể driver mainboard, âm thanh...).
Cách Sửa Lỗi Gigabyte App Center "The Driver Can't Release To Failure"
Giải Pháp 1: Tắt Home Cloud, Gigabyte Remote, Remote OC Khi Khởi Động
- Mở Gigabyte App Center.
- Tìm Gigabyte Cloud Station Server > HomeCloud, GIGABYTE Remote, Remote OC.
- Tắt Always run on next reboot cho cả 3 mục.
- Reboot Windows 10. Lỗi biến mất, App Center mở bình thường.
Giải Pháp 2: Gỡ Cài Đặt Gigabyte App Center Utility
- Control Panel > View by Category > Uninstall a program.
- Gỡ Gigabyte App Center.
- Reboot.
- Tải lại từ Gigabyte Support Center nếu cần > cài đặt.
Giải Pháp 3: Gỡ Và Cài Lại Dịch Vụ Gigabyte Qua Command Prompt
- Command Prompt Admin.
- Gõ: sc delete gdrv > Enter (gỡ dịch vụ).
- Gõ: sc create gdrv binPath= "C:\Windows\gdrv.sys" type= "kernel" DisplayName= "gdrv" > Enter (cài lại).
- Reboot.
Kiểm tra lại EasyTune, Cloud Station Server.
Giải Pháp 4: Kiểm Tra Windows Update
Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates. Cập nhật mới có thể sửa tương thích. Nếu không, liên hệ hỗ trợ Gigabyte.
