Cần ứng dụng mới để mở ms-windows-store – Lỗi Windows Store

Windows Store dù tinh tế nhưng đôi khi gây phiền toái. Một lỗi thường gặp: khi mở Windows Store, nó không mở mà báo You'll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store trên Windows 11/10. Lỗi này cũng có thể xảy ra với ms-get-started, ms-gamingoverlay... Bài này giúp khắc phục.

Điều thú vị: bạn không thể cập nhật/tải app trừ khi mở Windows Store. Lỗi có thể do file ứng dụng Store bị hỏng hoặc thiếu.

Trước khi bắt đầu: đảm bảo đã cài Windows Updates mới nhất, đăng nhập Microsoft Account, tạo System Restore Point.

  1. Đăng ký lại (Re-register) ứng dụng Windows Store
  2. Reset cache Windows Store
  3. Chạy Windows Store App Troubleshooter
  4. Cài lại Windows Store
  5. Reset Windows Store qua Settings

1. Đăng ký lại ứng dụng Windows Store

Mở PowerShell Admin (tìm PowerShell → Run as administrator). Chạy script:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Đợi script chạy xong, restart máy.

2. Reset cache Windows Store

Mở Command Prompt Admin (Win+X). Chạy lệnh WSReset.exe trong cửa sổ nâng cao. Restart máy. Kiểm tra.

3. Chạy Windows Store App Troubleshooter

Trình khắc phục sự cố Windows Store Apps cho Windows 10 sẽ quét, xác định và tự động sửa lỗi.

4. Cài lại Windows Store

Trong PowerShell Admin, chạy:

PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"

Hoặc dùng freeware 10AppsManager của chúng tôi để gỡ/cài lại Windows Store.

5. Reset Windows Store qua Settings

Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Tìm Windows Store trong thanh tìm kiếm. Nhấp link Advanced options → nhấn Reset. Restart máy.

Freeware FixWin của chúng tôi cho phép chạy SFC, Repair System Image, Reset Windows Store Cache... chỉ một cú nhấp.

Cách xử lý khi hiện "How do you want to open this file?"

Chọn chương trình mở file. Popup xuất hiện khi: loại file chưa gán ứng dụng mặc định, hoặc muốn mở với ứng dụng khác (ví dụ PikPic thay vì MS Paint).

Cách sửa "Always ask before opening this type of file?"

Shift + chuột phải file → Open With. Chọn ứng dụng nhưng không đặt làm mặc định. Lưu ý: không áp dụng cho mọi loại file, đặc biệt file phổ biến (ảnh) Windows vẫn dùng app tích hợp làm mặc định.
