Lỗi 0x80040154 xuất hiện khi chạy Windows Update, tải app từ Microsoft Store, chạy Outlook, app Mail & Calendar, trình duyệt Microsoft Edge, v.v. Cách khắc phục cho Windows Update hoặc Microsoft Store.

Sửa lỗi Microsoft Store 0x80040154

Nếu khó khởi chạy Microsoft Store hoặc tải app thấy lỗi 0x80040154, thử vài cách:

1. Kiểm tra/Đổi kết nối Internet
2. Xóa nội dung thư mục DataStore
3. Reset Microsoft Store Cache
4. Chạy DISM Tool
5. Kiểm tra licensing Windows Store có đồng bộ không.

1. Kiểm tra/Đổi kết nối Internet

Mở Windows Services Manager dừng Windows Update service. Sau đó:

• Mở File Explorer Win+E
• Dán %windir%\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore vào thanh địa chỉ
• Enter mở DataStore folder
• Chọn tất cả file/thư mục trong DataStore
• Xóa chúng.

Khởi động lại Windows Update service qua Services Manager, thử chạy Windows Update lại.

3. Reset Microsoft Store Cache

Nếu tải app Store bị kẹt giữa chừng ném lỗi 0x80040154, reset cache Microsoft Store. Làm qua Windows Settings hoặc công cụ dòng lệnh tích hợp wsreset.exe.

4. Chạy DISM Tool

DISM quét file hệ thống, kiểm tra bất nhất/hỏng và sửa bằng cách thay file hỏng.

5. Kiểm tra licensing Windows Store có đồng bộ không

Đôi khi lỗi Microsoft Store do vấn đề licensing. Xảy ra khi licensing không đồng bộ đúng. Lúc đó không cài được app hoặc thấy lỗi 0x80040154. Để đồng bộ thủ công, vào Microsoft Store.

Mở Settings > App Updates > Sync Licenses.

Khởi động lại hệ thống và thử tải app lại.

2. Reset Windows Update Components về mặc định

3. Kiểm tra trạng thái dịch vụ Windows Update

Mở Windows Services Manager kiểm tra dịch vụ liên quan Windows Update (Windows Update, Windows Update Medic, Update Orchestrator Services, v.v.) không bị Disable.

Cấu hình mặc định Windows 10 độc lập:

• Windows Update Service – Manual (Triggered)
• Windows Update Medic Services – Manual
• Cryptographic Services – Automatic
• Background Intelligent Transfer Service – Manual
• DCOM Server Process Launcher – Automatic
• RPC Endpoint Mapper – Automatic
• Windows Installer – Manual.

Đảm bảo dịch vụ cần thiết khả dụng.

Ngoài dịch vụ trực tiếp, tìm dependency của Windows Update service kiểm tra chạy không.

Bắt đầu: tìm "services" trong ô tìm Taskbar, nhấp kết quả. Mở Services, tìm Windows Update, DCOM Server Process Launcher, RPC Endpoint Mapper. Kiểm tra chạy không.

Nếu không, khởi động từng dịch vụ.

4. Xóa hàng đợi BITS

Xóa BITS queue các job hiện tại. Trong CMD quyền admin, gõ lệnh Enter:

bitsadmin.exe /reset /allusers

5. Tải standalone installer

Tìm trên Microsoft Update Catalog patch Windows Update dùng số KB, tải standalone installer. Áp dụng patch thủ công. Chỉ tìm số, không cần KB.
