Khắc phục lỗi CPU 100% và Disk 100% trên Windows 10

Vấn đề CPU/Disk/RAMusage 100% khiến máy chậm, treo ngay cả khi không chạy ứng dụng nặng. Nguyên nhân: Memory Leak, Superfetch (SysMain), Startup apps, P2P Updates, Chrome Prediction, Skype, Personalization, Driver cũ, Malware. Dưới đây là 15 phương pháp khắc phục toàn diện.

Các cách giảm tải CPU/Disk cao

1. Vô hiệu hóa RuntimeBroker qua Registry

  1. Win+R > regedit.
  2. Đường dẫn: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TimeBrokerSvc.
  3. Sửa giá trị Start từ 3 (Manual) thành 4 (Disabled).
  4. Khởi động lại.

2. Tắt Superfetch (SysMain)

  1. Win+R > services.msc.
  2. Tìm SysMain (trước gọi là Superfetch) > chuột phải > Properties.
  3. Stop > Startup type: Disabled > OK.

3. Tắt Clear Pagefile at Shutdown
