Lỗi File System Error (-805305975) thường xuất hiện khi mở file ảnh (.jpg, .jpeg). Thường xảy ra sau khi có thay đổi trên máy: file hỏng hoặc sau Windows Update.
Cách khắc phục
1. Sửa file hệ thống hỏng (Check Disk)
- Win → File Explorer → This PC.
- Chuột phải ổ chứa file lỗi (ví dụ C:) → Properties.
- Tab Tools → Check (Error checking).
- UAC → Yes → Scan drive.
- Chờ quét xong → Restart → thử mở file ảnh lại.
2. Chạy Windows Update
Microsoft từng phát hành update gây lỗi này, nhưng đã sửa trong bản cập nhật sau. Cài update mới nhất:
- Start → Settings.
- Update & Security.
- Windows Update → Check for updates.
3. Nâng cấp Feature Update mới nhất
Nếu cách 2 không được, nâng cấp Feature Update (hiện tại version 1909):
- Settings → Update & Security.
- "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909" → Download and install now.
- Tải ~5 phút → cài → Pending Restart → Restart now.
4. Tải lại file ảnh
File tải từ net/máy khác có thể hỏng khi truyền. Tải lại, lưu vị trí khác. Thử tải trên máy khác để xác định lỗi do file nguồn hay máy bạn.
